Ok this app needs work, I want to be able to add the time that i ate, i want to be able to sync my fitness tracker, I want more food options. With all the ppl joining this program they really need to get a better tracker app.
I only use this app to view the data that has synced from my scale during weigh in each week. The food log opens to the first day I started which was 9mo ago, and I'm not scrolling through 240+ days to log my meals. I also wish, like many, the app linked to myfitnesspal.
Very limited. I add my meal/snack only to have it delete itself. Wish there was a way to use the app to sync to the scale we receive. Would like to see recipes and fitness helps and hints

Can't log in. I can log in on the site no problem but the app won't let me log in. Tried emailing support but didn't get any response.
Would be nice if it would link with MyFitnessPal .
Not fond of the daily food tracker.
Very generic
Scrolling is poor, why have an edit button if all you can do is check or scratch off, lame to have a limit on water intake, and will not back/close out...I have to stop task. Expected way better, disappointing.
You can't add outside foods, scrolling on the food page will check and uncheck food randomly, navigation is unrefined...frankly it's kind of a mess.
Lack of a search option for food (like myfittnesspal), app changes entries on its own - I opened it for the 2nd time this morning and it said I had 8 glasses of water already, when previously it was on 0. Also, when checking of first meal replacement it checked off the 2nd one on its own as well. I could understand glitches like this in a beta version of an app - but this is an app designed for a program that users pay 150+ for, so problems like this shouldn't happen.
This app is a great concept and would be VERY nice if it wasn't so slow! It takes several seconds to add a food, add activity, switch pages or even push buttons. It drives me crazy! The website is the same way.
This is a good app to have however it doesn't seem to flow too easily. I've had to uninstall it as it had locked up on a page. The sync between website profile page and mobile-accessed profile page could be a bit quicker as well.

Why can't I add more than 8 glasses of water per day? (and why can't I use number pad for better accuracy than slider?) Also, why do activities have to be in increments of 5 minutes? Another thing is why don't more fitness trackers and fitness apps sync with this app? Frustrating!
Both the app and the site are extremely slow. It could use some custom abilities, like to set your start page when the app is opened. Also, would it really be that difficult to add a 3rd column to show total lbs lost on the progress chart? Rarely use it.

I can't get any of the education on my phone. I try to download the pdf and nothing is there. It would be nice if this was interactive with my coach! Instead, I have to document on paper so she can see what foods or activity I'm doing. The only nice thing about this app is seeing the progress grafts.

This app needs DDT it's so buggy.

Worth it
The intention of this app is great but it's very limited on usefulness. It's perfect for someone who is just beginning the program but after the 2nd to 3rd week on the Profile program, this app has little to offer. Needs more options and flexibility for adding other options and transitions as the individuals program changes.
I love the idea of this app & the program is awesome! But I wish the app was more user friendly. I find it much easier & convenient to track my food with the Jawbone UP app. This one is slow at loading & you can't just check the item off you have to click it, check it & wait for it to load...for every item it is very time consuming. If that process could be simplified it would be a great app. & maybe have an option to put in actual foods u are eating...???
However with the new Jawbone activities tracker the software needs to be updated, to have the old pedometer removed or have a jawbone tab added
Amazing..just like the plan itself
The app is good but the operation at times is a little glitchy. Its also not the easiest to use for adding the foods you actually ate or editing the meal plan.
Super awesome app that helps me follow my profile plan. Only problem, sometimes I track a food but it pops back up like I haven't checked it off. Otherwise it's great!

Great food tracker with really simple swipe feature. I really like the progress graphs!

Diet plan is great. App is equivalent of dial up internet. Slow, cumbersome, and very limited. I really wish they'd invest money to improve this.
