SHADE stands for Solar Homes Adapting for Desert Equilibrium. In the American Southwest, only those species most adapted to the extreme desert climate can thrive. Our Solar array is liberated from the roof and creates a solar canopy, which in its turn provides shades for the most exposed facades of the house. This app focuses on the systems used in SHADE.
