It's been a month now since they made the changes and ever since the app is not working anymore. In addition no more videos through the browser either. I'm missing out on points every day now. Very disappointed. Get this fixed!

So far it has been offline??? I see countless complaints about this app but no resolution from developers. Gives me that warm fuzzy feeling in my tummy reading about the non-responsive developers getting back to their user base. Keep up the great Customer Service!!!

Is this a joke or do you actually intend to have this ridiculous thing functioning some day? It has always given me a message that it is off line. Too bad because I did enjoy videos while I rode the bus or waited for an appointment. Perhaps if you care about your users you might trouble yourself to offer some sort of explanation

I downloaded this month's ago and it would never play. After the update it continuously says it's offline! Sent an email to the company. If you don't care enough to listen to the voices of your loyal members and fix it, then take it down! Uninstalled...waste of time and space.

Downloaded this a couple months ago. And ever since I first opened the app it says system is down. Then last month I got an email from mypoints telling me if I use this app for a certain period of time I would get extra points. So I say, ?? What's the problem ??

My points you keep sending messages to your members to download this app to watch videos to earn points but the app doesnt work, how about fix it or stop sending the message offering points to watch videos seeing you cant watch the ssid videos. Ridiculous!

Highly disappointed! Was hoping it was working this time! It's not! Starting to feel like its being done on purpose! Very misleading My points! Nobody like the feeling of being lied to!

When I try to open the app, I get the message that systems are offline. Can't even open the app. Reading others' reviews, this is a common problem! Uninstalled for now! Would be nice to earn some points!!!

Keeps saying our systems are offline. Guess they don't want us making any points. Sure saves them on the rewards they'd give out.

Ever since the update, you can't watch videos on their website because their system is messed up. The app is always offline. Time to switch since they aren't doing anything about it and have taken points away. Ebates here I come.

It told me I had to download app to watch videos. I download the app and it doesn't work. Just keeps telling me "Our systems are offline". Why offer something if it isn't going to work? Ugh!

This app was working fine before the update and changes. Now I can't get any of the Mypoints apps to work. TV app keeps saying it's offline and mobile app is unavailable also. What the 4£!!

Uninstalling the app! Constantly getting emails to install it but after installing it keeps saying offline. Please explain & fix. Then after working I'll rate again!

Keep getting a message our systems are off line. Sucks! And the playlists in the Computer freeze all the time it took 3 hours to finish a list that was supposed to be 30 minutes...

Keep getting systems off line & other various error messages, also email links for points goes to "sorry url unavailable' whole thing a mess, website & app

yall are sending all of your loyal members away fast, the competition from other websites is Major and they offer better things so once you lose all your members you're not going to be seeing them back

Have installed and uninstalled on three different occasions. Each time I get a message that this is offline. Cannot use. Need to fix or stop promoting this feature.

Off line ..... Don't even waist your time on this app ... They don't seem to care I have complained a few times as has others and it's still not fixed

Ever since an update, the app hasn't worked. Emailed them twice and it still isn't working. It's been a month now. Fix this issue please. I was enjoying it.

I download this app because of an email I received boasting of the point I could receive by downloading it and using it. Why are you sending messages to download an app that doesn't even work? This was a complete waste of time.

Always shows "offline". Don't waste bandwidth downloading this.

Received an email prompting me to download this app and receive points for watching videos, but based on ALL the recent reviews, it was all lies. App not working. No one's giving points here.

Get an email telling me to come back to mypoints (of which I never left) and download this app to earn points by watching videos..I can do that (i said to myself)...NO YOU CAN'T...THE STINKING APP DOESNT FRICKING WORK!

Why have an app if it's persistently offline? There's a comment from SEPTEMBER stating this issue. I'm uninstalling this joke of an app. Maybe one day it will be fixed.

Won't work ever. Complete garbage. My Points you are garbage also if you fail to fix this. Based on how far the complaints go back, looks you're proving to be a garbage company with garbage customer service.

Fraudulent. I think My Points is going out of business. You cannot do anything anymore.

I don't understand why you advertise to watch videos to earn points when it's been "offline" for, oh I don't know.....MONTHS!!!

Read other reviews about app not working however saw an email promoting the app so I thought it was fixed.. Not sure why they are knowingly telling people to get the app when they know it does not work.. Sent my complaint off to mypoints and got the generic feedback response but have not heard anything else.. Deleting app.

I downloaded this app because I received an email about it. After downloading I got the "Our systems are offline" error. Came to the app store and found so many complaints. Why would you send an email out to download an app that doesn't even work?
