My old data claim approved but money not credited and now says no record found and asks courier data now while earlier they only told to wait for somedays

Other details like tickets raised and their status is not included in the application. The customer service is too bad. There is a feedback button for each claim, but I have never got a response for the feedback given.

I am unable to login, it is tiresome TPA ID has to be fed, inspite of this it is not working. Things should be set right. It is an important App and details should be got immediately. Otherwise every time we have call customer care. Whoever is responsible for this, PLEASE MAKE IT USER FRIENDLY.
