Disappointed I have been using pia on my desktop computer but with all my Android devices my download speeds are greatly affected. I go from 100mbs down without PIA to barely 100MBS with Pia turned on and I have tried multiple servers.

UPDATE* Update broke ability to login into Android account. Says I don't have an account. Clearing data uninstall reinstall doesn't work. Please fix, I am a paying customer. Works fine on IPad. Fix for updated rating**** Been using PIA for some time. It works on my 6P since developer release 3 Nougat. Keep up the great work!!! I've only had to contact support twice and received a response within a couple hours. Not sure what happened with those saying otherwise but this is the best VPN service available, no logs, great support, use on Android, pc, or iOS!

App and service is SLOWLY improving. Has gone from 1star to 3star. Much room for improvement but it is now usable. Developer needs to put more resources in development and support. ---- OLD REVIEW. App and UI problems - UI works OK on Marshmallow but NOT on Jellybean or Kitkat!!! UI completely non response. App still has freq freezes, reconnects and crashes!!! Server problems - At times, servers are slow & unreliable. Servers are BLACKLISTED so cannot send email or connect to any service that checks RBL. UNRESPONSIVE DEVELOPER, POOR SUPPORT.

I got this app mainly to stop useless advertising from showing on my phone. So far so good. I haven't seen any stupid taboola advertisement in a while.

Used to be good but now just totally unreliable.Very poor /non existent connectivity when turned on and very slow to configure. Routinely stops working for now reason at all and requires support to rectify who dont respond.Better free VPN apps now available so will not be purchasing a new subscription.Reported app to google as a scam.

Grabbed the app, but very disappointed. App drops connection every 20 minutes for 30 seconds at a time, basically cutting me off from data. If it was 5 seconds I could live with, but right now it's pretty buggy. Desktop program works fine however .

Currently using on Android 6.0.1 daily and have not had any issues. I do have to disable it when talking to my home server, but I expected as much. I am happy with the product and can not think of any way to improve it at this time.

I used to love this app until I realized it doesn't help keep me any safer online. In fact it may have helped the low life's rob me of everything. Thank goodness for me that I have a bank that is solely in business for our veterans, active duty military and there families. If I had a local bank like BBVA COMPASS THEY Would have capitalized on me being robbed because they have done it in the past and a class action lawsuit across several states was filed and they lost. Please fix the security breach of the app or refund my money and I will find a reputable company instead of a application to keep me and my money, privacy, etc. Safe

The VPN is considerably fast for the price , Never once have i been caught for torrenting, and you also get to choose custom encryption settings which i think is a huge bonus, you can choose between heavyweight and extra strong encryption for the price of a slower speed (Which still isnt slow even when connecting to the furthest servers for me) and you can choose more lightweight encryption and get faster speeds. The VPN is super simple to set up, if you are even competent enough to access the play store you can still set this up. Overall, absolute 10/10, I have never been disappointed with this VPN and have never seen any downtimes so far. If you have the money and want a vpn, this should be the first one to check out. I'm a happy customer.

Australian Port doesnt work properly, betting sites dont accept the IP as Australian. Mixed results with whois IP doesnt always match alleged location. This used to excellent, now i can't wait for my subscription to end.

It used to be good with very close to real speeds. Lately I am lucky to get 20mb/s with PIA on, when I get 180mb/s with it off. I lose 90% of my speed and no where to complain on the app. If I could get a refund I would take it and go to another VPN service that keeps things working as they should.
