The app would be great if it was available in more places than New York and L.A. Maybe one day I'll be able to use this.

App closes Everytime I try to sign up

This is insane . I used this app before in brooklyn, i had to go through 3 different make up artist who stated they would be available for the time i needed and totally rescheduled and just send me anyone. The make up was great and i ended up getting along very well with the person. Now all of a sudden its not available in my area???? Guys fix this now!

Shows San Diego in 2016, we are halfway through 2017 and no priv in San Diego. Reached out to customer service and they asked me for a screenshot to prove that's what it says... don't know why they can't see that on their own. Intetesting idea but ineffective if it only works in LA and New York.

This is a great concept, but needs work. 2 make up artists canceled on me within 39 minutes of each other. My appointment was for 2pm, one canceled at 1pm, the other around 1:30pm. Then I was sent an absolute GEM, Catherine Nguyen. Not sure I'll ever use this site again, but I'll use her.

For as much money as they charge you when you successfully get an appointment set up, it's _astonishing_ how hard they make it to actually book a service through the app. And god forbid you need multiple services at once, because it won't even filter down to providers who do both. You have to just aimlessly tap through multiple profiles until you find one that can accommodate you...and then pray that it's not going to mysteriously hang for an hour without giving you any idea whether it's booked or not.

Business Idea. -Check Website. -None Advertising. -Check. Services/Products. -None. If this company is only available in a few locations their advertising should be targeted.* I also find it interesting that those who did claim to have services rendered never mentioned the Providers name. The first thing that should be asked for is zip code. A prompt that service is not available initially would be better.

I first heard about this app on the bad girls club, and I thought it looked like a pretty good app. I downloaded it and so far it's saying coming soon to your area. So I guess if you live in California don't waist your time downloading this app

It's a great idea. Very simple and to the point website. Very understandable. Too bad not in my area. Will be back.

Ugh. Worst customer service. So bad, I would almost call you what the company does fraud. And the app hardly works, most of the time I had to call because the app was down. After the most recent shenanigans, I have deleted the app. Save yourself the heartache and try something else.

Can't even enter and address or city. Can't see services offered. It's totally useless. I understand it may not be in my city, but I would like to look to see if I can get it when I travel....make a reservation...etc.

Just wanted to check out pricing since I'm going to NYC and it takes no location so can't see anything. Bad app.

Tried to enter nyc, my address in nyc, my zip code - multiple options... would only recognize my current location (im not home right now ) though it gives u the option to change city... doesn't recognize anything ur typing in no matter what. So u can never move on and explore the app. It just says coming soon to your area. Ugggh so frustrating..not ready for market . Delete.

I would LOVE to use this app and services BUT not applicable in my area! Hurry up and get it going in other cities, please!! Thank you.

Love the idea of the app. Hate that it's not in my area.

On android it doesn't go into description. No prices, nothing. But on iPhone in same location is like night and day.
