This app just is not working properly. I can see my profile photo but cannot update portfolio or bio or anything else.

Unable to accept and load jobs, keeps stating Priv pro not working? Loosing out on a lot of jobs because of this. Very very very frustrating.

Login impossible. What a waste of time

Since the recent update i cannot log in. It keeps saying incorrect password. I resetted it twice now and still comes up with it. Please fix.

UPDATE, JOB REQUESTS COME IN BUT REJECTION BUTTON DOES NOT WORK!!! PRIV CS worked 1x to ask a question, now is not letting me send questions. Job requests come in queue but hitting accept or reject is not working even after the loading circle finishes loading wether request is from concierge or direct from client. Please fix the NEW platform asap!! Job queue WON'T show my confirmed appointments until queued jobs are accepted or rejected, posing a HUGE issue disabling me from accessing my confirmed appts!!!!

So logged on to the app to see there was an update available which I was very happy about since the previous version kept crashing. When I downloaded it and opened it , it asked me to update it again ....which I just did so i started the rest downloading process again just in case it was my phone. So after downloading it a second time a rush job opportunity was available but because of the pop up that says I need to update it I missed the job . This is a big problem please fix it! that's it's main purpose!

I can't log in or set up an account

I'm a professional on this service and can't believe how easy it is to book clients.

I love the company, major issues with app. Quits on me every time on initial load. I always have to launch twice.
