Priority Pass for Android
There's a huge download to install then another huge download to refresh its database on first use. Then when you try and register a NatWest packaged account card it says you are not permitted to do so. Two years ago I was told that this was being looked into and the system was being changed. Sadly I can't award zero stars. Uninstalling to free up loads of storage space on my phone.
Priority Pass is not a great business and the app is a reflection. It's a pain to have to pay for the person I'm traveling with to join me in the lounge. The cost to bring a guest should be in the lounge details. The hours for some of the lounges is incorrect. Booking in advance should be available to everyone with 3 or more guest. Restricted airlines should be included in the lounge details.
Why did they remove the digital pass for Select members? Either this was a decision meant to differentiate their more premium memberships, in which it renders the app useless for the rest of us while providing dubious benefit for others, or it was done to try to discourage the Select riffraff from entering the lounges. The first case is an incredible annoyance, while the second is downright offensive. Is this snobbery or incompetence? Either way this completely undermines their brand.
I cannot login. I click on Login tab, it seems that it is trying to open the login browser and then white screen, and it comes back to home. I reinstalled the app, cleaned cache and a couple more things and it was all useful. Please solve that problem, I cannot use my digital card!!! Quite surprising honestly..
App is buggy. It won't let you login after a while even though your login credentials are valid. Only workaround is to do a fresh install. It's annoying and can become costly when this happens whole you're on the love and on data roaming. For an app like this reliability should be priority and this app fails miserably in that. Keep your card image captured to avoid bring stranded outside a lounge.
Mostly works but sometimes requires you to log back in. When traveling I don't have internet, so that kills the ability to use it. Therefore I don't trust the app and need to carry the card. Kinda defeats the purpose...
You can use this app to find a lounge. However, if you are a select member, don't bother establishing login credentials, because you can't store a digital membership card on your device. All you do is open yourself up for spam. Someone at Priority Pass is not thinking.
This app is pretty useless. Requires monthly update of lounges which takes forever since it updates all of them instead of only the specific locations with actual changes. Can't update in the background either, have to wait on the screen until it's done.
there is no justifiable reason to not allow those of us with select memberships to obtain our digital card through the app. I really wish they would respond to this issue and provide reasoning.
I don't understand the value of this company and I feel this is misleading advertising: I've just got my new priority pass card. Leaving my city, airport lounge told me that I could use the service from 11pm to 3am, a pretty hard to be there schedule. Tried another time in San Francisco International Airport. There's no complete list of lounges. It says there's a digital pass, can't find it on the app. Very very basic and almost childish app.
App crashes every time you try and log in. Unable to use app, uninstalled twice, third time for good! Waisted data that I'll never get back. Why download 850 lounges when you can't even log in. Bloody useless app!
Can only be used by people who buy directly from priority pass. I have access but through a different vendor so this is useless to me.
It's nearly impossible to find the lounges and when you do good luck trying to get the card to come up. Extremely disappointed with the experience.
Garbage app. No lounge map. . Terminal map. No pass, news headlines cut off. So many flaws. So little space to list everything wrong.
This app can't even find their own lounges. It literally doesn't do the one thing it's designed for. Worthless.
If the lounge is over booked they do not have to let you in. I've been to the Alaska lounge at SeaTac over dozen times and this was probably the quietest I've ever seen it, but they said they were overbooked and couldn't let me in. Sounds like a lot of people are having the same issue with Alaska lounges saying they are overbooked but look empty. Seems like Alaska will be pulling out or is trying to limit PO as much as possible.
Useless App if you are a select member, can't access the digital card. Don't waste your time downloading.
What gives? This is completely useless if you have Select access through a credit card and they don't allow you to have a digital card. Of course, I found this out while travelling and was not able to use the lounge.
Absolutely irrelevant, can't find any related info after login. No digital pass inside, nothing. Worst than fake apps in playstore
Only good for seeing the lounge information. Nothing more. Can't see my digital card anywhere. Have to carry physical card. I wasted so much time searching for digital card. They should have informed that in someway.
Can't find the digital pass. Renders the app useless just as an information source of lounges.. That's what google is for. Pick your game up Priority Pass. Change your app development partner
The old adage applies: don't charge for something that you previously gave for free. The digital priority pass, which used to be available for Select-level memberships, has been removed and only remains for memberships purchased through Priority Pass directly. I hope you'll consider bringing back that option because as the many one-star reviews here indicate, it's something that shouldn't have been taken away in the first place.
As others have stated, if you have a "select" membership, you cannot access a digital card. It just makes this app a downloadable library of lounges, which isn't that useful since you can google the information.
This app needs to be much more powerful than it is. All it does is let you search for lounges. It should let you scan in or at least have your member information so you can access a lounge with just the app. In lieu of that, it would be nice if it linked to your Chase Sapphire Reserve card so the lounge could use your credit card to access your priority pass membership. Also, their customer service seems slow or non existent. I forgot my card, so I tried to call them from a lounge and find out my card number. I called their Dallas office and was on hold for 30 minutes! I finally got fed up and just left without being able to talk to anyone or get into the lounge.
Where is the digital membership card in this app. In menu, I can't find my digital membership card option neither I see any qr code. It's frustrating..
Just want to echo the sentiment of my fellow reviewers. Forces you to download a large amount of what I assume are images for every lounge and doesn't have the primary feature. (The digital card)
No digital card. The information is not always trust worthy and takes storage space on the device. It doesn't even download all the photos for the lounges so you only see one picture.
Cannot login, poor customer service. Even the full website is terrible. Requested a password reset. Doesn't recognize my email or member number, even through they emailed my my member number when I first registered.
The app takes 5 to 10mins to download the latest info each time I open the app. Imagine having to do that each you time reach an airport and just wish to find a lounge to chill out. Poor execution on every level.
This pointless app for those who have select membership. Only provides information on lounges, no better than googling.
Horrible. Just horrible! Why even waste time with it??? Downloading information takes 3 light-years. Looks like they bought a bunch of reviews because there is no way in hell this application is 4 stars.
like with every app which requires username and password to log in, all the time usernames and passwords get forgotten. this app does not allow you to recover, even with member number. it supposed to send email to you, but it does not. second, some information (like opening hours) is incorrect. I walked through the whole Houston International Airport to KLM lounge, which according to the app should open at 6 AM only to discover that indeed it opens at 7.
What a shame! Bad app design!..Why download "850+ lounges data" at startup time, this is a waste of bandwidth,storage and time resources! Just ask for favorite airports instead. Even after the 850+ download there are many missing lounges from the airports I needed!
Well designed, informative. Unfortunately not possible to open / find my electronic card (using Sony X-peria Z5 compact with Android 5). Advices welcome :)
For those wondering, the digital card is the QR code box at the top right corner. Click that, and your digital card will appear. I registered on the priority pass website before using this app, so I was able to login easily.
Unable to access my digital card which was the whole point of downloading the app. Won't make checking into lounges any easier - will still need the real card.
Crashes. Will not allow me to log in. Completely useless app. Used to work on my Android 4.4.2 with Samsung Galaxy S4. Does not work on Android 6.0.1 Samsung Galaxy S5. I have emailed asking for a solution but no reply.
Love using this app and the layout is beautiful. I do wish it was less laggy. Can be choppy at times but works nonetheless.

Difficult to log in. Refers you to lounges where access is barred. Doesn't warn of need to book ahead. The app reflects the service overall. We eventually found a lounge at LGW North with no food, no wifi and absent assistance (My Lounge). Avoid the subscription and the app!
