I don't like customer services. products are good but the service was very worsted.service agents not respond properly. they does not listen problems completely. i am not suggest you to anyone to purchase in printvenue.order is not provide with in time.

It's has the worst service. Such a cheap quality and too heavily priced. Pls shut down your services, instead of faking it this badly.

Vista print is way better

Taking more than an hour i customized the calendar with text and pictures. And during payment, some error. Comes and everythings gone. Atleast cart should not have been empty. Bad app

worst cancellation policy.you should transfer cancellation amount to bank account not to wallet. It should be customer choice not yours.

It's a fake company, it sell poor quality products/ defective product with no return policy.

Printvenue is a cheat. They have not delivered my order for over 3 weeks. They make false promises and never meet their commitments. Considering legal action

First time I ordered something and the printing quality is worst. Hated it. 400rs in vain.

Very Bad service 29 days above no delivery my orders.

App is full of bugs. not able to login as well as track my existing order.

I ordered a collage and shoked to see when received that it has been jused rolled on and sent. Cant put it on wall as there is no stand fitted it just a peper only. Won't advice

I order business cards .quality is poor .paper is very thin .it is not a business card .it is just a waste paper .corners rounding is worst .paper quality they did not maintain .atleast they should maintain proper cutting in edges .finishing is not good .

Takes a long time to customize cards, option for review is also not available. Please try to make this easy and user friendly. 50% discount mentioned in voucher but got only 50 rs discount instead of 50% on applying print50 which I felt as been cheated. Date of delivery option should be included as most of the person order on any special occasion

First the response is very slow and this does not let you type text when want to write a message. And even if you call them they cant provide any alternate. Means there it wants us to be robots and be 100% correct every time as there is no cancellation option, no modify, no return. Pathetic. I hate this app and would never recommend this to anyone.

I have ordered a key chain and mistakenly wrote a different name on it. I called them to make changes, they did at that time but they have sent me keychain with wrong name. I asked them to sent me right name keychain but they refused. Waste of money.. Waste of time... Poor services... Don't go for this company.. Very bad services.

Worst service, After deduction money in bank transaction they cancelled my order When one order us cancelled by them i placed another order with another bank transaction. But very cleverly the processed cancelled order too without any information.No maasage,no mail or no call.they confirm cancelled order by thereself without my knowledge. When i called them they blamed me for all.

Big cheaters.they dont want to help buyers. You can see in all 5 star reviews they replied but in negative feedbacks they never bother to ask problem. I purchased a clock,they sent it but there is no glass in the clock.and now they are telling that they cant help me. Search local printinf press on goggle for your works.print venue charge 60% more then local press and cheat also

Changing from 1 star to 3 star just because of Anamika (support) who actually helped me in getting the product. Feeling lucky to receive it after loosing all hopes. And m for sure not using this service ever again. U guyz need to improve a lot! best of luck !

I've ordered Round Shape Visiting Cards. Unfortunately the quality of the card is worst. I'm sorry to say but I won't order anything further neither will recommend it to anybody.

Its an waste app.it shows that your product will be dispatched within in 3 working days but i didnt got any information about dispatching after 6 days.dont waste ur time using this app...
