First launch of the app, I haven't even seen any screen telling me about the app, benefits, onboarding,... And 4 permissions requests (including request to manage my phone calls, wtf!!) in a row are thrown in my face. Total fail. Please review the UX experience asap.

The apps have been forced stopped suddenly when my photos are uploading to the server whereas I was away from my phone at that moment. I am not sure if I can make my purchase successfully.

The website and app look really good!! But I had a lot of problems while ordering 11 pictures. Everytime I tried to pay, the pictures just disappeared and I had to do it all over again. Super annoying. I sent an email and I'm still waiting for help. I hope it can be fixed.

Had a problem with ordering my pictures, emailed then a week ago and they are still yet to respond. Really disappointed because I've always loved the app but am unable to use it unless they respond to me and help me to get this problem fixed.

Not only could I not find the size I wanted anywhere else, Printic was very reasonably priced and even cheaper than Walmart. The pictures were good quality and exactly as shown in the app. Shipping was timely, although there was no way to track my order.

So far I have only used the prints service via my instagram and gallery on my smart phone. Delighted with them, they arrived in a cute retro envelope. I will use the other services for Christmas presents. The app itself is really simple to use. Customer service is excellent and there are a number of options to paying, which is very reasonable.

I've ordered over 60 printics so far and they've come really quickly and are amazing quality. The app is easy to use and it's a great way to print off your favourite pictures. It's also really cheap, I bought 10 and it came to £3.65, it's also free postage and shipping.

The app is well-built and easy and intuitive to use, however the prints I ordered were severely washed out with most colors appearing faded. I also ordered the prints with a matte finish but received glossy ones. I was really disappointed with the quality of the prints and the paper.
