The service was great, will recomend my friend to use this service, and the drivers are professional and very skilled. I loved the reminder emails, very helpful when mind filled up with other things. Thank you again PrimeTime

The app doesn't let you do near as much as the Website.

DO NOT RIDE WITH PRIME TIME SHUTTLE... They not only were over an hour late picking me up at LAX but they then wasted another 30 minutes waiting for more passengers. They have the worst customer service ever. I called because they were so late and the representative hung up on my 3 times... DO NOT RIDE WITH PRIME TIME SHUTTLE!!!!!!!!!!

App will book you the wrong service and then they charge you $5 to cancel. Total scam!!!

I'd give 0 stars if possible due to service. The reservation that I made days ahead was cancelled 5 minutes before pick up time. I almost missed my flight. To top it off they have still failed to refund my money!!!

App crashes. Constantly. Very frustrating.

Most confusing and useless app ever. I tried making a reservation for 2, and my receipt said only 1. Not to mention there was no confirmation to make the payment. After realizing the error, I tried cancelling, only to find there's a $5 fee for that too. Can't see myself ever using their service again.

So, I just made a reservation. It was very confusing. It didn't take my exact pickup address (its a range), not sure if that will create problem. I didn't know the app was associated with Prime Time Shuttle without looking at the actual website. I wasn't allowed to place a tip for the driver. I don't like physical money exchange. The email confirmation doesn't even have Prime Time Shuttle on it...The confirmation # on the app and email are different numbers...MAKES ME WONDER IF I USED THE RIGHT APP????????? I hope I get picked up by Prime Time Shuttle...OH, my login information matched. Needs improvement.

Unusable I'm trying to make a reservation and I can't... ridiculous

Cannot open app.

Less than 8 hours after I installed this app, I uninstalled it. Automatically places reservation without seeing quoted fare. When I cancelled a one way reservation, because I wanted a round trip reservation, I was charged a cancellation fee!! What a joke. This is app is absolutely horrible!

It's easier to book rides with this new app. I can also reserve a ride ahead of time. Plus it's not only a ride from airports that they are offering. Point to point transportation is also an awesome feature.

more expensive than alternatives. economical ride share only available to one passenger, not 2 +

I really love the service, driver was so nice and he even helped me carry my luggage, the car was so cool and odor free. He also called me just after the plane landed to inform me of my pickup, I will absolutely use this service again and recommend it to my friends arriving in LAX from international trip.

Their improvements are really great! I'm enjoying my ride from my home in Simi Valley to my school in UCSD for only $29.

Company couldn't find our booking, then kept us on hold for thirty minutes without any information.

The new version of the app is very much imoroved. I get almost a weekly discounted rates and promo codes that are very useful.
