All previous bugs been fixed!! Hooray! Two more feedback. 1. Once you try to zoom in to the level when the streets are visible, you have to hold the map active, otherwise it zooma out itself. Please fix this. It's not convenient when you're searching for the reserved car. 2. Please make the Car Filters settings permament. Otherwise, when you set some filter and exist the application, it automatically deactivated. Not convenient. Please fix these. Otherwise, loving the app!

The app was glitchy. I tried to get a bike, but it would not unlock through Bluetooth. I was charged €20 for a bike I didn't use. I try contacting for refund of a bike and membership but no luck yet. The contact phone only answer from Lithuanian number. 5 stars of they manage to refund and get the service working.

Amazing service - Rent a car anywhere in Vilnius (and few other places in Lithuania) But oh boy what a tragedy is their UX: 1. App is slow as hell, sometimes I need to wait for 30sec for app to open map (High end phone on a 4g network) 2. Availability - complete lack of cars. I commute every day around 9:30 towards the downtown. Most of the time - no cars around, so I take the taxi... Amazing service, yet execution is something thwt could be improved greatly

It is not for tourists unfortunately :( why you not just freeze some amount of money on credit card and let me take a bike? I have no time, money and any possibilities to visit your office! It is very difficult for foreigners to do it.

5 stars no doubt because of perfect service. Had some trouble at the beginning but 24/7 customer's care helped immediately. Wonderful app and wonderful service. Thank you

Great app, but needs improvement on bike locks as it is ussaly stuck and is hard to unlock them.

Very few cargo cars available, making them impossible to catch. There's no way to know when a specific car becomes available. Help line is useless, don't even know how long their car's boot is.

Užbookinau mašiną. Neatsirakino. Skambinu pagalbos nr ir "norėdami atrakinti citybee spauskite 1" - neatsirakino. Skambinu per lietų konsultantams - 3 min neatsiliepia. Vėlavau į darbą ir dar už tai susimokėjau. :)

Great idea. Poor execution. Servers go down. Bikes have a hard time unlocking causing to be late. A bit disappointed.

Kol kas vienintelis nepatogumas-rezervavus masina niekaip neradau, kaip iseiti i zemelapi, kad rasciau, kur ji yra tiksliai. Teko klaidzioti po aikstele tikrinant numerius. O stai srnkantis rezervacijos laikas per visa ekrana matosi, tik tai nei kiek nepadeda.

The app takes too long to load. If you have an accident you have to cover the costs, and the legal things takes too long

Ilgai kraunasi, programėlė neatrakina. Problema ne su vienu telefonu ir ne su vienu dviračiu, bandyta daugiau. Sugaišom daug laiko ir likom nepatenkinti.

Paslauga yra puiki, bet appsas stringantis. Palyginimui - Spark appsas veikia tobulai.

The app just does not work with anything but fast internet. It is extremely slow and really bad product

Sveiki, kaip ir viskas Ok, tik nusibodo jau daryti zoom in, kai ieškai mašinos, t.y. kai eini link mašinos žiūrėdamas į žemėlapį, po 30 sek. padaro zoom out kad matytum visą miestą. Labai nervina šitas bugas.

Load time is just unacceptable.

After update: impossible to find reserved car (during reservation car is shown at one place, after reservation - car is not there but in whole another place.) Closing app makes reserved car not visible in map.

Keletas pastabų: 1) norėtųsi, kad būtų galima kaip ir anksčiau rinktis mašiną iš sąrašo swipe'inant per jį, o ne spaudžiant ant kiekvienos mašinos atskirai; 2) paspaudus ant mašinų grupės, žemėlapis pritraukiamas labai arti, dėl ko būtų gerai jau minėto funkcionalumo grąžinimas (žr. ankstesnę pastabą); 3) paskutiniu metu, dažniausiai užrakinus ir vėl atrakinus telefoną, nebegalima matyti rezervuotos mašinos žemėlapyje; 4) neveikia automobilių filtravimas.

The problem is that the map is very difficult to use and it is very annoying to see cars that are reserved on the map and get an error message that it was not possible to reserve the car. It is just outright confusing. And it seems that the app is caching the available cars for a long while, which makes the app untrustworthy.

Naujoje versijoje atsirado problema: kai uzrezervuoji masina, o po to uzdarai programa, tai vel ijungus apps'a, zemelapyje nesimato to uzrezervuoto automobilio.... Kitos problemos taip netrukdo kaip sita. Be to tas grupavimas markeriu per anksti prasideda, reikia bent vienu zoom'o lygio veliau grupuot i viena. O siaip viskas patinka

Paskutiniuoju metu po rezervacijos nebematomas pasirinktas automobilis - tenka ieškoti jį, kas labai nepatogu.

Paslauga puiki. Bet programėlė šūdo gabalas. Pastoviai pakimba arba nulūžta visai.

Notificationai jau uzkniso. Ir dar siuncia ta pati 3 kartus.

It's a great service, but the app itself could be better. At first it's quite hard to figure out how to pick a car and start using it, but shortly after that you can feel more confident and start using more features that this app provides.

Pamiršau savo piniginę vienam iš CityBee automobilių. Kitą dieną paskambinau ir už valandos jau sėdėjau su pinigine rankoje ir šypsena veide. Tokio malonaus aptarnavimo niekad dar nepatyriau. Klientus aptarnaujantį Algimantą (tikiuosi, kad gerai atsimenu jo vardą) reikėtų paaukštinti ir saugoti, kad kita įmonė nepagriebtų. Reikia tikro talento, kad piniginės pametimą klientui sugebėtum paversti malonia patirtimi. Jau nešneku, kad pati įmonės siūloma paslauga yra inovatyvi ir mieste labai reikalinga, marketingas ir įvaizdžio formavimas - top notch, o dar ir superinis klientų aptarnavimas... Šaunuoliai visa CityBee komanda esat!!!

Per stipriai prizoomina paspaudus ant auto kitu nesimato. Jei ijungi cbee be interneto o po to ji ijungi pakimba.

Galima tobulinti UX, sutvarkyti crash'us :) o siaip pirmyn, puiki paslauga!

Visu pirma su iPhone perziurinejant artimiausiu auto sarasa is karto rodomas ir atstumas iki ju (m/km). Be to, galima pasukti zemelapi + kiti niuansai. Aisku appsas kraunasi ir veikia bent jau 2 kartus leciau, be cia jau Android vs iOS argumentai labiau tiktu tai del sito nieko nesakau :Na bet funkcijonaluma bent jau galima butu suvienodinti. :)

I can no longer see the description and the address of an empty parking lot. Even when the car is present the only info shown is just the address of the location which without the extra description is often a bunch of meaningless numbers to me. For instance I already know where SEB Arena is located and I have no desire to learn It's official address but now the only info I'm getting is the address which leaves me guessing whether that is the place I know. That is if any car is parked there! Annoying.
