Keeps saying I have incorrect password
Just installed it and submitted my 1st claim. Very straight forward interface. It said submitted successfully. We'll see.So far so good.
There is nowhere to put the password in....only the username.... Wtf

It won't let me log in due to "incorrect" password. I've email the support team to see if there's any solution
Review 2/2018: I cannot give it more than 1 star- I wanted to use it primarily for uploading claims, but it logs me out instantly if I have to switch to another app- for example double check that I'm choosing correct photo of claim form or look up service dates. It took me 3-4 tries for one claim, every time I'm back at sign on screen and lost everything I just entered. Review 3/2015: It's ok, but there's room for improvement. What lacks is the ability to enter multiple date ranges (non consecutive) for one receipt. For example submitting 2-3 weekly dep.care claims with one signed form/receipt, also submitting more than one receipt for single claim. Definitely useful- nice to be able to take pic of receipt and upload right away. There's definitely problem with resetting password though mine were on the website, not thru app.

Waste of time. I upload receipts for my claims and the app says the claim was submitted successfully. Then I am contacted saying that I need to submit receipts. I go back into the app and there are no receipts attached.

Receipt upload functionality works well. It would be nice to have the ability to set a pin rather than requiring full password. Overall, works well. The login problems seem to be in the past and no longer an issue.
Not sure what everyone else's problems have been logging on but I had no problems what so ever.
This app does not work properly. Fix it please.
Can't just take a pic of claim and it enter in the system. You still have to manually enter everything $

I can't even log in...
Unable to log in as others have reported. I created an account on the website and was prompted with appropriate security questions and the correct security image appeared, however I am continually shown "Invalid credentials". I am able to log into the website with no problems.
Can't login
Had the account set up on line so I figured it has to have a APP.... The security screen isn't even mine. . and it won't except my password.... Something fishy.... Don't download!!!
