DocJournal uniquely presents all your information across a day, a month, forever…to simplify the complexity and also uncover insights for more productive interactions with medical teams. Feel in control over your healthcare, because you are with DocJournal.

HOW DOCJOURNAL IS HELPING REAL PEOPLE
“It was useful to be able to add notes from her 2 year visit so I can refer to it in 6 months when she goes back.”

“This app has been wonderful with our son's follow up appointments since being discharged. Thanks again.”

“Very helpful at my first oncology visit…to put in my vitals in real-time and give the nurse the [tablet] to transcribe my meds. It was a very powerful feeling!”

“I like the fact that my medical records are in one place. I like using the journal to track changes over time.”

“DocJournal is like my bible for my wellness.”

WHAT MAKES DOCJOURNAL DIFFERENT
Many mobile healthcare applications focus on specific tasks or are a collection of lists and files rather than comprehensive information management.

DocJournal is a holistic tool to manage personal healthcare information in a way that empowers patient advocacy and encourages improved engagement with medical teams.

I like how the ap is set up. However I think it would be great to scan the meds by the barcode

This application takes into consideration all aspects of a patient's needs when tracking his/her own medical records and concerns, or the records/concerns of a loved one. It was clearly created by a patient for a patient and is as user friendly and resourceful as it gets.
