No punctuality.They come at their own sweet time even though appointments are made week back and don't even apologise for being late.Service is okay for waxing but dint like skin service as it was unhygenic.Creams left over on face ,disposables left in the room itself.Just because of waxing n inability to go out sometime we are opting for it but no satisfaction at all.No hair service.Time given in menu would show 30 mins but service gets completed in 10 mins n beautician would say it's cheap so less time!! Ridiculous..don't you guys know the price before putting time for the service in your App??

Disappointing... Half an hour to my scheduled time I get a call to say my beautician s not able to come since her vehicle has broken down. I understand such situations but how can the company not be prepared for it from the beginning ! And I had to go to a party and it was all such mess. Gaps will be there in every organization.. I acknowledge that. But you guys are a brand and definitely can't afford to have this level of challenges. Am disappointed thoroughly. Please look into this for further customers. Thanks!
