Speed of delivery is inversely proportional to their growth. For the first few orders I received delivery on time or with a little delay. But whenever I order mutton brain, they deliver it very late. Even for today, I had ordered two mutton brains for 8:00 AM to 9:30AM slot, it's 11:16AM now and still there is no delivery nor any delay message from the company. If someone wants to eat it for breakfast, they make sure he eats it in the lunch. So, if you want prompt and timely delivery, better buy it from your nearest vendor. You cannot rely on Freshchops.

If you can't make it on time then please stop delivery. Why in this world should we wait for food if there are so many others delivering on time. The call center will be always in waiting mode and their callback thing is something which never happens

These guys never change, took a u turn and ordered meat after two months as they promised faster delivery. But dogs tail never straighten up. I'm still waiting for the delivery after placing order @7:30am and now it's 11:41 and call center guys reckless response. Plz don't jeopardise your day expecting to eat food on right time trusting this reckless app

I have ordered meat for the 8-9:30am slot... Till now they haven't delivered, also their contact number is always busy... Will not recommend to anyone... Very bad way of doing the business due to your delivery issues.

I don't know y people rated to low this app quality and customer service was good delivery time was delayed by half an hour but it doesn't matter because of hyderabad traffic

Unstable can't order anything because app is keep on force closing itself. Please make a stable app.

Before ordering the app shows that my address is in delivery area. After ordering they call back after 1 and half hour and say that cant deliver to my address. Worst service.

App hangs within few seconds of starting, once I try to change option like from chicken to fish.

Worst delivery. Always delay in delivery.This has happened with my last 4-5 purchases. I stopped purchasing after that.

The service is very poor. Have ordered for an express delivery which should have been delivered within 90 mins. But the delivery did not even happen after 3 hours.

just la...............te....Order yestarday if u want today.Most late service.At first the mutton they are serving is good.but nowadays they are sending only frozen meat which is just tasteless nd waste of money.....if u have patience to wait for more than 1 day then just dare to order from fresh chops
