The 17 Day Diet consists of different eating and exercising regimens from other diet plans. There are 3 main different cycles in which the body will be trained to lose weight. It is possible to burn lots of fat by following the plan in a systematic way. The diet was created in the book, “The 17 Day Diet: A Doctor’s Plan Designed for Rapid Results".

Although not proven scientifically, the theory is the different cycles will confuse your body's metabolism and keep it in high gear to keep burning the maximum about of fat and excess weight. Generally each phase lasts 17 days, but you do not have to be that strict and can change it up a little bit.

This is a NO-BS guide to the 17 Day Diet. Other guides have poor quality information and terrible grammar. I personally researched all of the most accurate and scientific info, and collected it in this App.

This app just explains the basics really. It doesn't track anything for you, give you reminders, or anything like that. It does have guidelines for each cycle and lists of appropriate foods, but that's all.

If you can stomach bad writing and are willing to invest your time and hunger pains when the diet may not work, go for it. The risk list is rather large.

Serves it's purpose. It will be really handy especially when shopping to be able to check what foods I'm allowed. Many recipes links so that's nice. I didn't give it 5 stars because I wish the recipes were within the app under categories like, all poultry under one, fish under one, red meat under one, smoothies, snack recipes under one, ect. I'm not a great cook so maybe at least have a category of some simple recipes with simple ingredients would be great. Maybe some way ppl can add their favorite recipes.
