Great service all the time

with the latest upgrade you can't use the app unless you give permission to everything phone call, sms, photos, location, etc. what does getting car service have to do with this app getting all my personal info. And if u say no you get an error message. Uninstalling immediately maybe DAT from now on.

This new updated app does not reflect the true time of your driver. Atleast a 4min lag. You think your cab is 5mins away when the car is outside. Bring back the old app! This is not uber!

Works ok at first, already not working

Why do you need to access my media, photos, contacts, messages etc.? You don't.

Uninstalling! I call a taxi in a dangerous neighborhood and the drivers just pick up other people without making sure that they were the ones who called. Then when trying to get another cab, the app marks you as picked up so you are not allowed to ask for another taxi. Just because they are located in the Bronx does not mean they get to treat people like they are not spending their hard earned money when calling a taxi. You are providing a service and doing a horrible job at it. I'm done with Prestige.

It was a good app until the upgrade. It asks where to pick up and where to drop off and then asks for an activation code to my msgs which I never get. Fustrating. Calls are usually a mess. I liked this app better before.

Never use prestige! After my boyfriend left his phone in a cab, the driver picked up and said he would return it in 20 mins, then proceeded to turn off the phone so we couldn't contact him. The base wouldnt give us information about him so we could file a police report. They were all rude and disrespectful while I was trying to contact the driver. I had to go to their base with the police at 5am in order to get the information on the driver and the phone back. His name is Miguel Lucas, Car 2337.

This app wants a lot of access to your cell phone.

I have been using Prestige car service for a while but today i had to call 3 cabs because they just kept picking up other ppl. I was waiting for about 30 mins and when I called to complain they were extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do. I just decided to call another company (mega) and they were here in 3 mins. Prestige definitely has horrible customer service and won't be calling them again.

This used to be a great app before the latest update. Now it's asking for permission to access your media files, contacts, camera...etc. Thats too invasive for me I'd rather call the base!

This is the best application for taxi. Sometimes the people talk about the drivers pick up other people, happen sometimes went the cab arrive at destination someone wiring for cab however the driver ask if called prestige the people say yes because they are late and want to leve .. other time you take more than 5 minutes to get out and the drivers living and do picked to get out from that call and take other call thanks... be paciente we are the best...

Great service

I've been using this app for almost a year now and I constantly have the same problem with drivers just picking up people with out asking if it's actually the person that orders the taxi. Extremely frustrating . Thinking about just using my Uber account from now on.
