Im Jahre 1994 als Fanzine gegründet, berichtet das DYNAMITE alle zwei Monate auf 132 Seiten über alle wichtigen Neuigkeiten der Rockabilly-, Psychobilly-, Country-, Soul-, und Ska-Szene. In jedem Heft werden die wichtigsten Musiker und ihre aktuellen Veröffentlichungen ebenso vorgestellt wie Newcomer und skurrile Außenseiter. Als Magazin aus der Subkultur für die Subkultur hat das DYNAMITE die Szene als Ganzes im Fokus und behandelt nicht nur Musik, sondern auch Pin-ups, Fashion, Künstler und koole Karren – eben alles, was zum Rock’n’Roll dazugehört. Ein großer Serviceteil mit allen wichtigen Terminen rundet das Heft ab und bietet dem Leser Orientierung. Beim gedruckten Heft ist außerdem immer die streng limitierte DYNAMITE-CD beigelegt, auf der die Redaktion eine bunte Mischung der neuesten Veröffentlichungen zusammenstellt.
