Good app .. But each of the govt. Order is wrapped in so much legalese over-your-head jargon, that its impossible for a common man to understand what is the real summary. The app can be much better, if it can be linked up to a write-up that explains the presidential action/order in a couple sentence summary, using simple non jargon based common man language.
