Idea to publish and market the book “PRERANA” came to us in year 2007. At that time there was no agent’s manual available in the market, there were only ready reckoners available which provided brief information about the product and other underwriting aspects.
Development officers were finding it difficult to train their agents in absence of good agent’s manual.
