Individual food can be removed from the menu by briefly pressing its name, while the entire menu can be deleted by holding the press.
The user can save menus under any name, reviews and deletes them, as well as shares them with friends.
What is the glycemic index, or GI?
The glycemic index is a number that classifies foods according to the effect they have on increasing blood sugar when ingested. The foods are compared with the reference food, which has a set glycemic index of 100. Most commonly, the selected reference food is glucose solution. Higher glycemic index indicates the higher increase of blood sugar levels.
