Called RapidQ despite having a longer line than the bar. Not sure what the point is here? No drinks ready for everyone in line, should these not be poured out before? Any bar that does this at a concert/show has them laid out at intermission. Basic mistakes here

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered my food for half time and no one monitoring the rapid q. It was a free for all so I had to Q. Get your act together and stop cheating everyone. Rubbish and a con. Who owns this app? Can't find who to complain to so you end up a "hated it" review.

App is a great idea. But there should be a way of reading stock levels before processing food orders, as I ordered hotdogs to collect at Half Time. But when we got to the till there was no hotdogs or burgers left. The guy behind the till was unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do. Luckily a chap who works for the app sorted us out with Chicken Burgers. He'd get 5 stars. Top lad!

So easy to use and cutting the q like a boss was awesome

Really easy to use once set up with payment details. Then even make your order while in the Rapid que which is tiny compared to the actual que. Delighted with the app, I can actually get a drink without missing the match.
