doesnt ask for any permissions to use, no personal info or email address needed to create accounts. Respects privacy rather than doing what is the norm: giving u a "free" app or account, which uses special permissions u give it to gather info about you and sell your info to advertisers. You are for sale so the app can be free. That is a little backwards. Love it when u install solitaire or something and it wants permission to see ur contacts, photos, location and the soul of your first born child. #rant

The last update has made replying in app an effort in futility for me. When typing text is extremely laggy (think typing over ssh with a 2k ping).

It looks awesome. But doesn't load half the time. Snappy, but button placements just don't make sense. It's been good.

Scrolling articles is smooth but switching between panes is a bit jerky on my One Plus One and needs optimizations. The UI is sober and really nice.

Decent app for reading HN, but the errant 'No Internet Connection' overlay led me to uninstall. Have to close, kill, then reopen the app constantly to rid of it.

However, it mostly shows "unable to load content" now. And this problem seems to be getting worse.

Absolutely great and simple HN client, have yet to find one able to replace it. Solid, good offline caching, design may be a bit dated but if it isn't broken don't overhaul it.

Interface is clean, but very clunky. It is also not easy to get to the comments for an article.

As per the feedback below, would be good to have an open-in button; sometimes the inbuilt browser just doesn't work.

Perfect set of features. Reader mode for most articles, lets me choose app colors and fonts, with absolutely no BS. One of the few actual apps I keep on my phone (rather than using the site).

The app looks good except when I'm reading an article or being on some comments and I lose the phone network, I go back to the list of articles. It's very annoying when you're in the middle of something.

Ugly and boring fonts

Was great, but all of a sudden I'm getting lots of application errors about missing some asset - so it's now pretty much unusable for me.

Trim the white space for login username and password.

I like the app a lot but I have one issue with it. The annoying connection notification. It keeps telling me I am not connected while I actually am connected. It would be awesome if I could just disable it.

All the app's functions lag, whether it's opening the comments, a story, the settings, or even just reloading.

Have an up vote button in the main page?
