Rush Limbaugh

Both of my Droid Devices struggle with this app. It constantly freezes, drops the podcast forcing me to restart & try to find my place. Adam Carolla`s app is the gold standard for podcasts. Perhaps you should model your Droid app after his.

Two Stars, but only because I love Rush. As many others have said, this app stops streaming often, for virtually any reason, or for no reason. Once it freezes, the only option is to restart the stream from the beginning, then try to find where I was. Most other podcast apps, paid or free, work better than this app. No recent updates to the app. No reply from Help, I've sent several emails.

App streaming is very unreliable which is disappointing. The app needs to be updated more often, my suggestion is hire someone from the Tunes design team. The radio app never turns off and rarely has any shuttering or delays.

This app is long overdue for an update. I know Rush is the Premier Apple Fan Boy, but their are way more Android Users. How about helping us out here. Rush's App continually crashes on opening now so it is unusable. An unhappy Rush 24/7 Member

The Limbaugh app continues to randomly challenge me to enter my account password at times when I'm not going to have it in mind. It's as bad as Apple's constant password challenges. Show audio is only reliable on a cellular data connection because the app cannot handle wifi transitions. Show video stops playing if the phone is locked, so there is no way to listen to an entire show while busy with a workout.

Surprised at the lack of quality and functionality in the app. Streaming Player doesn't work unless you click a previous show and then back on the player. When listening to old shows, consistently times out and starts over from beginning. This app needs serious help. No updates since 2014? It's almost 2017!!

Crashes all the time. It crashes when I go from wifi to cellular data. Crashes when on wifi for no reason whatsoever. All I use is audio. I use other streaming service with no problems. Currently using Android 7.0 Nexus 6p 128gb. I'm paying for this service. Could we get a update?

Very buggy. Just about any active Android app will kill this one. Once that occurs you cannot return to where you were. You could be 20 minutes into a program & you have to manually find where you were when the application kill occurs The UI is very sensitive. Wind blowing the screen will change what is playing. This crappy app is disappointing for a man who heads 'excellence in broadcasting'.

This is arguably the worst podcast I've ever used. It freezes up after about 30 seconds and I have to reopen my phone for it to start again. Also, it has no buttons to use like rewind or fast forward. I love the show but this app stinks.

I wish there were a way EIB could tweak this app. It works 75% of the time. I like it but when I listen to the podcasts it constantly freezes. At random times it restarts to the beginning of the broadcast hour losing my spot. Very frustrating.

Don't believe the intolerant liars on the left, this is a terrific app. I have NONE of the problems repeatedly listed in the reviews. The streaming podcasts are available at your request with no extra steps or any of the other nonsense the lying left wants you to believe. The lying left doesn't want you to listen!

I love Rush and look forward to his show every day but this app needs to be improved. It frequently freezes or crashes on my LG G4. It doesn't save my spot where I left off. It just could be so much better.

Could you make this tablet-friendly too? Other than that, it runs fine. Just doesn't have the feel of quality that Rush's website has. It could really use an update.

This is so stupid. Now I know why I can't get his show on my podcatcher. This idiot requires me to log in to get his show... Uninstalling...

I love the show but I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to this app. You can't pickup your audio where you left off. As such, when you try to skip ahead to where you left off the screen more often then not pulls down. It hasn't been crashing as much as it used to but it still does. And the most annoying is when my screen auto locks, which is about 5 minutes, the audio pauses. This isn't a big deal when I'm listening while on a treadmill but when driving it sucks. I PAY FOR THIS!

App used to be great. Now there are no paragraphs, no breaks. Just a solid wall of text properly punctuated but no paragraphs. Please fix this so I can give it 5 stars.

Rush: "right 99.8% of the time" and he's wonderful. This app: 99% unreliable and horrible. Closes or re-starts way too frequently with 3 different phones.

Rush likes Apple. He does not care that his Android app is Crap. Regardless, I'll be there trying to listen every day.

This app takes the Excellence out of the EIB network. Definitely not what Rush is known for or would like to be known for. Have had the iphone for over 8 years now and this app the entire time. With apple iOS everytime I would lose signal it would not pick up and start playing when the signal came back. Worse yet, you couldn't go back into the app and hit play or pause then play to get it to start up again. You literally have to select another show to get it to start playing and then go back to the hour you want to listen to and try to scroll to the exact spot it cut off(not possible, so you are stuck re-listening to a minute or two of the show or missing a minute or two. End of the world, of course not, but again, shouldn't be an issue. NEXT is a phone call comes in, again you pretty much have to go through that song and dance to get it to play again from the spot you left off. So I switch to S7 and the above scenarios seem to be much better, it does actually start playing where you left off, but I use the headphone pause/play button to do just that. So I have to go to my pocket, grab the phone and open the app just to hit PAUSE! Are you kidding me?!

I know Rush is an Apple fan, but he's gotta look out for the larger Android crowd. I use the app mainly to listen to the episodes. The app generally works, but it'll occasionally just stop playing the audio. Sometimes it won't start playing when I tell it to. The audio menu is too sensitive in that I accidentally touch another show to play because the whole block is touch sensitive - play selection should be isolated to a small area to prevent this (maybe a play button on one side).

I have listened to Rush since 1995. Love him or hate him, he brings intelligence to the mess we're in right now! Give him a chance.. you'll agree.

I pay for the Rush 24/7 service, so why exactly are ads being displayed? Also, it skips while traveling (jumping between towers), and the live steam won't run before opening one from a previous day. I love the content but find the app lacking. Lately it's been randomly crashing. This app is terrible.

I think it has to do with the digital network when it switches towns, but sometimes the app will restart randomly. Most of the time it's ok, but some days it drives me crazy. I revert to listening to it after the broadcast if it does it more than a few times.

I love Rush and I like listening to him. I work nights so I used to have this to listen to the show but there must have been some kind of an update with this app because now all the. audio is choppy at best it lags and its really annoying to listen to. Rush needs to contact the maker of this app because there is no excellence in this product. This is also the second time I've contacted the developer and this is also the second time I've been met with poor customer service.

The audio feature usually is decent. But I have to select a live stream, then select a previous show, then click live stream a second time for it to work. Video is not consistent. It'll be fine one day, then say video can't be played for ages. This has occurred at least twice. Uninstalled. I'll just use the website.

This app is amateurish. It doesn't save my place when I'm listening to the broadcast from a previous day. The app often disappears when another app (e.g., maps) temporarily interrupts the audio. And, it doesn't auto-pause when I remove headphone jacks. Standard podcast players don't have these defects so I'm sure they are correctable.

Listen to Rush without station or commercial interruptions. All commercial breaks and PSA's are Rush made/parodies. PS: I agree with "clunky" review below ...it has a few limits the website does not, but you can access the website on your SP as well. I shd mention that I use an LG Droid and Boost Mobile for those having problems. O'Bama-HERR mrsclinton cells MUST keep voters low info so no internet or Rush. But Boost gives you UNLIMITED voice txt data/web for $45 a month no hidden changing fees/taxes.

Big Rush fan, modern day Benjamin Franklin....but the app needs serious help. If you barely scroll the list of shows, it goes in to "the rolling circle". It also cuts out too frequently. Although this may be due to my reduction of internet speed...I do not have that problem with other audio apps such as I-heart programs or MLB At-Bat. And considering you have to pay for the app...(which is fine, good old American capitalism)..,it's disappointing and very frustrating.

Before the last update to the audio player on the WEBSITE you could turn off the backlight to conserve battery life or you could look at something else while listening. Now any attempt to do either of those things turns off the audio. It is really irritating. Please fix this. It's much better to listen to specific articles on the website rather than the whole hour on the app. And the app too frequently crashes.

Update... No improvement on restarts and force closes for 2 years? Lost Stitcher access and had to revert back to app. Constant force close. Never retains position. Annoying open wait. Where are the updates? I figured with the long wait the problems would be worked out.

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, it only works about half the time. Reboots itself often in the middle of a stream. Frustrating. Over time, the app becomes more of a hassle than it should. More often than not, it will not stream live. When listening to archived hours, it will crash for the slightest reason. A text message arrives or while driving you change cell tower coverage. Love the content when I can get it. But, I hate this app.

Its nice to have an easy access app but how about the ability to download each hour so I can easily move from one part of an hour to another. You cant stop a stream or it forces you back to the beginning of the hour. Very annoying.

I love Rush but all the app does is crash. I switched from Apple to andriod and its the same issue. Whenever you listen live or to an archived show you might get 10 mins straight and the app will crash. Please fix

Needs to run better in background. Don't even think about opening other apps while show audio is playing. It will crash. I don't like listening to the commercials locally so I bought a subscription. Now there are lower 8ths banner ads? Seriously?

Unsettling immigration problems I think if they would stop giving him handouts when they come over for from different companies of countries they would not come over that's many and is often if they have to work for it without handouts and without giving our jobs away they would not come over here

His head is to big to fit on my cellphone and he thinks he's the smartest person in the room. If you don't believe me just ask him!

I love listening to rush, but can barely do that using this app. It just sits there spinning acting as if the show is not on the air, meanwhile I'm able to get the audio on a radio station on iHeartRadio.

Stupid app. It doesn't tell you how to become a member and there is no sign up link.

Like ever thing Rush does this app is first class. I assume most negative reviews are posted by haters. If you are a RUSH 24/7 member this is a MUST HAVE,

I have to stream the show because I work nights and I drive. The show doesn't buffer at all so as the cell signal drops so does the show. Most of the time if you drop signal you have to try and restart the broadcast then find where you were. It's a real pain. Most of the time I go a week or more without listening because at the end of the day it's too much of a hassle to deal with
