Seriously, it has to be one of the worst apps on all of Google play. Seriously!! It stops all the time, shows are not in order. The last app sucked but at least it worked. I just don't understand.

Even after the most recent update from a day ago, this version just hangs there on startup. Please, for the love of God, GO BACK TO THE OLDER VERSION UNTIL YOU FIX THIS HORRIBLE APP. SOMEONE, PLEASE TELL GEORGE NOORY! I have the older version on an old phone that I use on WiFi as an extra device. It works like a charm. Wish I hadn't updated my actual phone. This update DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY!!!!! I even fully uninstalled and then re-installed the app last night, hoping that it would run better. From the little bit of layout that I could see, it looks interesting, but it hangs up and doesn't display content. The biggest improvement I've been hoping for is for control of playback while streaming shows, such as accurate rewind, forwarding, or picking up a stream from a particular time reference. This app now seems very clunky. It shows that spinning circle much longer than it should when starting, even when I'm connected through High-Speed WiFi. Can you please just retract this update and bring back the old one until you guys figure out why this version sucks so bad? I enjoy listening over my cell phone when I'm busy doing things around the house. Sadly, I may have to cancel my Coast Insider's Membership if this is not resolved soon enough.

New update is horrible. It crashes all the time. I miss the old version and wished I would have never updated. As a coast insider I feel like I wasted my money as it's almost impossible to listen to the shows anymore. I won't be rewnewing if this isn't fixed. I have also emailed them and it's been several days and no response. If anyone is thinking of becoming a coast insider I would consider waiting till this issue is fixed. I am really upset I have yet to have a response to this.

Worse than the last app version, which I thought would be impossible to accomplish. I like C2C show, but they really need to get a professional app developer/designer. The programs downloaded are still not in chronological order. Now, I cannot read the entire title of the downloaded show. In the previous version, you could see the list of available shows to download and click on it, if it was already downloaded it would bring you directly to that downloaded show. Overall, poorly designed and functioning.

OK so they finally updated the app, looks better has a bit more control, and some previous issues are gone. BUT this updated app has bugs and issues as well! Coast insider for 4+ years and this is my only means to listen. Seriously C2C producers, find a new developer. It's as if this developer has no QA team, and the software developers are ammitures.

New app is awful. Unresponsive, slow. Nightmare to use with podcasts due to them downloading directly into a download folder which doesn't store chronologically or in any discernable order. This should be an embarrassment to the devs that put it out. I am going to have no choice but to cancel my subscription. Sony Z5

New updated app is a crashmaster, sure it looks better than the old one, but it hangs up and has more frequent problems. This in addition to the content having many annoying commercials, which weren't supposed to be there as per what was in the sales pitch to become an insider. No refund available on my year subscription available, shame on you George Noory for allowing this.

After the most recent update I can still download my paid for episodes but they will not play at all. Very disappointed. The player doesn't even move it acts as if its on pause but its not, no audio or anything. I will cancel my subscription if this does not get fixed

What happened to the old app? New app does not work! So much for listening to Coast to Coast. 1 less listener now! Most people have busy lives than to help developers with their screwups. C2C, you better hurry up and figure how to go back to the original app or you are going to end up with no audience. Buy a couple cells Phones and figure it out yourself. I love C2C and have been listening the last ten years but recently where i live can't hear on any am radio stations in my area in rural Arizona.

I can't believe this a"app is allowed in the Google Play store. I also can't believe that this is the app that they provide paying customers to access their subscription based audio archive. It is barely usable and full of bugs. It is like one of the Premier Radio execs had their 13 year old kid hired to develop this app.

Sorry guys. I love C2C and pay to be an Insider, but this new update sorta sucks. The podcasts take forever to play (if they do at all) and it won't download without a struggle (if it even works). I want to love it- and I rarely, if ever leave negative reviews-but this app is really disappointing. So, if it updates and gets better, I'll be more than willing to update my review. This almost makes me want to cancel my Insider subscription. If the app doesn't get better soon, I will.

For a paid subscription service the app is unacceptable and the developers should be ashamed. Atrocious load times, frequent crashes, poor user interface. I will not renew my subscription simply because a usable app could not be developed to use the service

Latest update totally broke the app! Previous version was great, this one now will not even load! What I can see of it, is messed up with partial words. It just hangs, so I don't even know what has changed as it is stuck right after launch. At this point I am SO happy that I didn't update my phone after updating tablet. PLEASE fix what was NOT broken!

This app went from bad to worse. At least the old app didn't crash all the time and make you stream (use data). The design of the old app was cumbersome, not storing downloads by date... but the upgrade is absolute crap. As a Coast insider, I'm not sure what I'm paying for at this point. If the issues aren't fixed, I'll be ending my membership. I may do that anyway... if 'Doctor' Jerome Corsi continues to litter the beginning of every show.

Bring the old APP back!!!!! This upgrade is not working, lots of bugs and bad functionality. The old app was 100% better. I think I'll have to end my subscription becauce as a long time C2C Insider of over 10 years I expect more, especially when we are promised more in the ads and pay for it. Has George ever used the app upgrade or read the reviews on it? I bet if he did he would not be pleased. I urge C2C to bring back the old app until you fix this one or start from scratch using real professionals. Very dissappointed!!!!

Not ready for prime time. Doesn't anybody test these before releasing them? The whole app crashes every time and no content is accessible. Yesterday's app worked just fine!

I agree with everyone else, this app has a lot of problems, it lags and is hard to navigate. Lots of bugs! Paying for the insider subscription did not include commercials/bumper music/ ect. when I signed up, nor should it now. To developers: maybe take a look at similar apps or even the audible app and see how smooth and user friendly it is. Why can't you follow suit? I will be canceling my subscription also if these much needed improvements aren't made. The old app was pretty simple and fairly easy to use. I didn't like it very much, but was manageable. This is definitely much worse. Thank you.

Bring the old version back! Please. I like to go to sleep listening. This one just keeps playing all night, one show after another. I only want the show I pick, but it keep going. Buggy too. Concept was good bringIng the web page.

This new update completely ruined the app. The old version was a bit buggy to begin with but now i can't even use it. It won't download podcasts and when i try to stream audio it keeps stopping for no reason. I pay for a yearly subscription to coast to coast am and my android phone is my primary method of listening to the show. This new version is terrible and if i could have given 0/5 stars i would have. As a paying subscriber i expect much better than this streaming pile of crap. Extremely disappointed by this update. Get rid of it and bring back the old version!

Please give us the previous app! Never had a problem listening to previous shows while listening for hours. This app is worthless! Can't listen to any shows for two days. I keep uninstalling/reinstalling but app stays in buffering mode. Very disappointed that this was released before a final working app.

Please fix the app!!!!! We listen to the shows every day but since the upgrade we haven't been able to listen at all! Neither one of our phones will load the app. bring back the old app or fix this one. This one has some major problems!!

New update does not work at all. May have to cancel subscription if not resolved. Update 5/13/17. I was premature in my rating. After reinstall I got app to work and I like the audio feature better! It now plays every segment without having to manually start each one. It also plays previous evening programs automatically. Regarding the news feature, it seemed buggy in that the video clips would not play completely and the articles jumped on the screen a though reloading while I was trying to read.

Under Android 7 - Controls are sometimes nonresponsive (dead), app freezes, sometimes huge delays after clicking a command, downloads don't always work for selected media files. Not ready for prime time. Oh well ....

New app needs a lot of work. Audio will not play over Bluetooth. Sometimes audio will not play at all. Seens like there is no testing before release. App cuts off mid stream.

As a paying C2C insider I am extremely disappointed in this app. It plays fine for 5 to 10 Minuets's then just stops playing until I unlock my phone then it will play again for another 5-10 Minuets. Sure you could use the browser option but, if you want to turn your screen off, or browse something else it shuts off (Lame!). I have already emailed C2C help twice in the last month and still have not gotten a response. Thinking it may be time to cancel my subscription until the bugs are fixed.

Since the update, the app is horrible! I love the show but am not able to access anything since the update! I work nights and use to enjoy the show so much but now the app crashes every time i open it! As a paying customer i would like to be able to access my favorite show! So disappointed with the new update and no contact back after trying to contact coast to coast! I have been trying since the update and get no response whatsoever! About to cancel my membership unfortunately. Bummed out! Guess I'll have to tune in on AM radio when i drive home from work instead of listening every night at work.

Well what can i say, it kinda sucks. New layout is somewhat better visually, lagging though. Randomly quits sometimes or opens and crashes. You have to pay monthly to use, and with Noory as host - No damn way I'd pay for that

Terrible update. It looks very nice but is buggy and non responsive. Makes it a hassle to listen to the show. The old app was pretty weak, but this is just awful.

I love being able to listen to older shows. Would have given 5 stars but cuts out a lot! I've tried different devices. Different WiFis. It's really annoying. I should say I'm using a galaxy s7 edge. Why aren't the archives accessible on the app, just the last few months??

The auto play next episode function doesn't work. When I turn it off, it still auto plays the next episode. I want to turn auto play off. Tech support won't respond to emails, I've tried twice.

Won't even let me login to listen to past shows. I know it's probably just a bug from the new version since I updated the app earlier today. I know these things happen, and it's frustrating. I'm disappointed since I listen to coast to fall asleep and then resume when I have free time or when I'm driving. Loving the new graphics though! The shadow people behind George on initial loading screen remind me of the shadow people I see when I close my eyes to ground myself and settle my stomach when I begin to feel the effects of psilocybin mushrooms.

The app just updated 11 May 2017 looks great and is a fantastic improvement but still does not meet all of the expectations of paying customers. The app is a fantastic idea and now looks great, but does not need to look this great, it mostly should not freeze and crash. Keep improving the app guys, eliminate the extra unnecessary stuff, make it simpler, and make it work more smoothly and effectively. Thanks.

This is even worse than the last iteration of the application. I can't access shows I started to listen to and it freezes up. Aweful. I know it's only 15 cents a day, but come on, this is ridiculous

App needs some cleanup. I'd like to see the saved podcasts display in date order and also show size of each podcast. Maybe even allow for searching text of description for saved items. Some 'saved' podcasts are unable to be deleted and display sole option of downloading and never completes.
