Downloaded because premera suggested I use it and it sounded like a great idea. Can't wven set up the account without a processing issue happening.

Needed a dr today asap and since im new to the area I didnt know of one in my network. Decided to download the app and sign in with my correct information and it would not let me log in at all! Told me my info was not correct and i would be locked out if i continued to enter it in incorrect. Does not work! Deleting...

Mostly OK but a couple of problems. First, when you filter claims by individual and click on a claim for detail, you get info on a different claim. Must be indexing the original rather than the filtered list. Second, the "You Pay" on a claim list is often zero, when the detail shows the amount as non-zero.

Would be a good app if I could log in. Sometimes I can with no problems and others I can't even though I enter my login information correctly each time. I've had the app for about a week and have had only 3 successful logins. Would be a great app if the bugs were fixed. And like some others have said there was trouble setting up the account, took quite a few tries to do so. Could really benefit from this app if it worked correctly. Would also be great if the app offered to remember your password.

It wouldn't let me log in although all my info was correct. It also wouldn't let me create a new account, the app kept freezing.

Has no doctor's listed anywhere near me! What good is a physician finder app if the nearest physician, dentist or optometrist is several STATES away! Either my insurance sucks or this app needs serious help!

The forgot password key takes you to a blank page. That's helpful.

Ineffective password prompt. With 1 login, received error message saying I had attempted too many logins and needed to call an 800 number. What good is health insurance if I can't access the info I need to use it?

This app is very frustrating. It should not be recommended to customers, it will not create the account. It's useless.

Whoever designed it needs to go back to school and learn Web site design again. Do you people even read what people say in the reviews? If you can't score at least above a 4 you have several issues with your site and it being friendly to those who pay for your insurance. Remember you would not have a company if it were not for your customers. Reading how a person needs the doctor search and can't get the app to work sounds pretty sad. Why did you make this Web site if not to help your customers.

Super frustrating. I'm trying to use the app, because my card is being mailed, and it won't let me even create an account.

Downloaded app because Premera customer service recommended it to me. I am not even able to create an account because after i click continue after typing my information the whole screen goes black. Deleting this app because its terrible. Fix this and i will change rating.

It works and it is easy to see/access all needed information regarding your existing account. The one thing it is lacking is your secured in-box and the ability to send/read secured messages.

Can't log in! Keeps saying that my info is incorrect. Smh

The app has everything one could need right at their fingertips.

App is an extremely awful experience. Why was this released? Lowest bid application creator won this bid job and it shows.

My husband always forgets his card and is constantly asking me for it. With this app I have the info on me without having to actually carrying his card. I definitely dont need to add to my wallet .

Peace of garbage. Can't install at first after several attempts looks like you did but can't log in. Do a favor and Uninstall it.

App fails to check the claims most of the times.

It goes black and after a few minutes goes back to the Create an Account page that is blank. Uninstalling.

I would use this if it had the tracking stuff like the website has.

App and website don't allow self submittal of claims. Premera claims their confidential email is private and secure, but won't let you self submit claims through it bcause of "privacy concerns". Your information is NOT safe and Premera doesn't care! Efficiency and privacy are not high on their priority list. Protect yourself - don't use the app!

I cannot find individual benefits. The summary list is too broad. A PDF of the benefit booklet would be handy.

Just hangs when creating an account. Login doesn't work

Express Scripts app doesn't work and there's no way to email you folks at Premera after business hours to get any help. Whoever designed your sites obviously never tested them. They're junk. Still can't log out.

Same log in info used successfully on computer. Tech support people are idiots

Created an account tried logging in and nothing changed my password and nothing! Fix this please it's very annoying!
