I love the app when it's working. I have had sign in issues from day one where it will say my username and password don't match when they are correct. I have even changed my password to reset it and I get the same message yet i can sign in to the website no problem. Once I get signed into the app it works fine. I just got a new phone and had to upload the app again, so now I am back to the sign in issues all over again. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars

It is a good app that keeps parents upadted in real time. But has the following issues: 1. One way chat, if one of the parents communicated, the other will see the answer only and would feel weird. 2. Parents can't change pictue . 3. Would be nice if parents get certain messages about activities ahead of time, not the day before, so we have time to prepare the kid for whatever is needed. Thanks for the efforts that led to this great application.

The app is overall pretty good, but I really do not like that the messages are only one sided. If I send a message to the daycare, I can only see their responses. My husband also gets notifications so he will see all of their responses but have no idea what was said because he can't see the whole string of the conversation.

It seems like a good app only if I can sign in through the app. What is the point of having the app. My mother even tried to set up and sign in. No go on signing in and reset passwords several times. I can get signed in through laptop and email link. Please fix this.

This is a great app and has really changed how we feel about dropping our kids off each day. I agree with several commenters that the chat system needs to be improved - my messages don't appear on the child's timeline so my wife can't see them. I also would like to see more customization on notifications. I can turn them off, but I can't disable vibrate or select a different notification sound; as a result, I've had to turn off the notifications so I don't constantly feel like I'm getting text messages. Subtracting two stars until those things are addressed... :(

I really like this app! It let's me see what my infant is doing all day while I'm at work. The only complaint I have is that I don't get push notifications of when my daughter arrives or departs Tutor Time. Of all of the notifications that this app provides, I'm surprised those aren't pushed. Those are really the two most important ones!

My child stopped showing up in the App. I still get e-mail notifications but no longer can access anything via the App.

I love the app when it works. But I switched my phone & now it won't let me login. I've contacted the PreciouStatus people they have given me a temp password that still says invalid. I've uninstalled & reinstalled & changed my password myself still says invalid. So frustrating. If they could fix that problem it would be 5 stars. Login problems I've seen are more then just mine.

Two way conversation needs to be displayed so the other parent can see. App drains my battery because there is no way to disable vibration from this app. I disabled vibration notifications on my phone but it won't disable it for this app, and I get notifications for two kids so my battery life is not that great.

My emails tells me who is sending the updates but the app doesn't. Also the messaging feature needs to be improved so that we can see the whole conversation and who is talking.

It's not recognizing my username and password. Today is my sins first day at school and I'd love for updates to be sent to the phone however the app is not working. Highly disappointed

It's been over a year since this app has been updated. It would be very nice for both parents to be able to see the entire conversation - right now you can't see the messages you send on the app but both parents can see the provider's response. It's weird to only be able to see one side of the conversation.

I'd love to allow all parties to see full conversations. I'd also like to be able to see which caregiver entered each activity. Currently, one can only do this with the emails.

Great app but the teachers at my sons school have had a serious decline in utilizing it with updates. Literally my sons day is arriving...having a snack an hour later...and no updates afterward.

It's great to have live updates. What would really be cool is 1) If you could have a conversation chat box to be able to reference what messages you are sending and also include both parents (or other guardians related to child) so everyone is in the loop. 2) A photo trunk to be able to see All the pictures of your child. 3) Ability to zoom in and see pictures.

Everything else is great. They really need to fix that though. I'm running on Android.

When it's working it's a really great app. Lately, I have not been receiving my push notifications which is a huge pain. However, it's a great way for parents to receive realtime updates about their kids while they're in childcare (i.e. photos, bathroom visits/diaper changes, how much they ate, what they had to eat, activities they're doing, etc.).

App does not work for either parents mom nor dad. Cannot look into activities online.

Love this app not only as a caregiver but a parent. However, having an issue that says I can't log in but it's Not due to the username and password. So why can't I log in???

I only wish it has a sort function so that I can get all of the pictures to show.

Recently requested permissions to make and receive phone calls, which I rejected. Now app doesn't load. Not sure why this app needs those permissions enabled.

For anyone having issues logging in. You MUST enter the username in all lower case. i told support this was an issue i noticed and they reset my password.... thanks, but not helpful. Dev's Please put a note on sign on screen OR do auth check with username string passed as LOWER

The app doesn't let you see who posted the update and I don't receive pictures through the app. I only get this info at the end of the day with the daily digest email. Otherwise I like the app.

Does not work, i just got it and im not able to sign in with my information that i just set up

App won't work right from the start. Keeps stating username and password are incorrect. Website is just as bad.

Love the app, makes leaving my little one at daycare so much easier. I do wish I could download the profile pictures they put up though

Couldn't of asked for more. I can see and enjoy my toddlers status on real time updates.. thanks so much. Pure genius!

Wont allow me to log in. Frustrating to have an app that doesn't work.

I enjoying seeing whet my kids are doing through the day. The updates are a little wordy, wish you could turn the text headers off. The icons are enough to describe what type of activity it is.

I really enjoy this app. I'd like to put this on my computer at work so that I don't have to go to my phone. Please remove the email updates.

This would be a great app if it would work right. I have reset my preferences repeatedly and they won't save, as I scroll down to set them they switch back....super annoying.

I love getting pictures and status updates on my child's day. It allows me to know how he is doing on all aspects of his day. I love sending him notes as well. I do not like that your notes have to be really short, especially when asking the teacher a question. Great app though.

It's great getting updates throughout the day and receiving pictures. Great to see some Android Wear integration! Recently I've started getting errors connecting to the server. I get new notifications, but upon opening the app it has a connection error and nothing loads in the app.

Totally love this app for updates and knowing exactly what's happening. Great job !
