There is serious signup bug. Iam not able to login into it. I tried to sign up. I have tried with different id's and mobile no's. also but the error comes. "Looks like you have already registered" and when I tried for forgot password app says this id is not registered. Need to improve badly.

I already have a UHID no but while signing up there is no option to use the already created UHID. After signup two UHID are created. This way one patient will have many UHID which will cause ambiguity. Its quite confusing.

Downloaded this app on my android and IOS to generate a username and password. In IOS it does not go beyond the name the other options are greyed out, hence can't create my I'D. Tried on android, filled in my demographics and then on the username screen it's either busy or username exists. I tried multiple names and times but no luck ! Can't this be resolved ?

Downloaded this app to book appointments but every time I try to sign up, for the first time they say Server Busy, if i try again, they say user name already exists. I tried with 4-5 different user names, the same result. My guess is that , the web service code is broken somewhere, it does not complete the sign up process and don't let us use once-tried user name again, which is bad.
