Metropolis Lab

My report is not available in the app. Need to get your act together. I visited my Doc without the reports trusting that they would be available on the app. It was a waste of time and money.

The app needs lot of improvement. There is no provision to cancel home visit once booked. Menu display is not uniform in respect of each family member.

Lab reports yet not seen in mailbox. Very bad service.

Nice app all details at one place. I have also visited centre where all the facilities and services provided Nicely..

Still waiting for forgot password link to reach my registered email id.

Got an SMS with user ID and password. Works neither on portal nor on this app. Wonder why the email ID is collected if the report is not going to sent to it.

Tried to use this app but never got activation SMS through mobile.i saw lot of reviews related to this issue.i saw reply from metropolis related customer review. Don't sent standard reply to all customer review.Try to fix problems what customer suggested then sent reply.Please test ap before launching into pubic. Over all not happy with app. All the best to developer team to build to fix existing problems

Never do your test with metropolis they will not deliver your report on time. You have to cancel your appointment and have to suffer alot. I just experienced.

Really useless app...Not able to take my lab report...shows to update profile..when submiting profile update shows error ....pls fix this bug....

I am updating my review. Customer support is really great. As soon as I downloaded the app I got a call from them and they entered my reports into the app. It would be nice if I have the option to do that manually. Also I was facing issues with opening the reports which were resolved thanks to support. Strangely reinstalling the app resolved the problem. My suggestion would be to improve the look and feel of the app by implementing material design. Overall good app, excellent service and support

First of all, you should give information like at which city's this application will work, before giving key features. Because, I am from Pondicherry, India which is not covered in the list of cities, installed and after installation only I can know that Pondicherry is not covered in the app. Without using app, you are asking for star rating(then only I can post this comment :( )

Not even able to see my profile.. even rates showing in app and website are different ..many tests are showing 0 rs price but actually they charge for that

3rd grade app ... No links, no reports, family members can be added but reports etc cannot be seen. Horrible IT support. Even the link to see online reports on the receipts are fake. Site do not work. In all horrible.I now have doubts on the test these ppl are conducting.

Report does not reflect into the app. More like what services they provide. My friend are using other app which provide details as well graphical representation of almost test. Metropolis way behind technology

The App is very good. Especially since i do not need to print or rush for my reports when I have an urgent appointment with the doctor. The only issue is that you need to add more doctors. There are no doctors of Thane Jupiter hospital shown.

Field staff were clumsy, thought will use this app rather than wasting my time with them. This app is a bigger disappointment. Not sure what is good here apart from brand presence.:(

Even after repeated requests my lab report is not reflecting in the app P64160144248. Pathetic customer support.

Too many improvements needed. Flexibility required in the app. Group tests must list the parameters within group. Too weak app. Major work required.
