No Yelling (Beta)

Does your kids scream on the top of their voices when they are paying games on your phone/tablet?
Now you can prevent them from yelling by telling that your mobile does not like when someone screams in front of it.

Inspired from the idea of a parent who had posted his concern here: http://superuser.com/questions/545329

This app runs in the background as a service. It is a resource aware app, i.e.consumes minimum CPU, memory, battery etc. Permissions required in the app are:
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED -> To start monitoring automatically after reboot.
RECORD_AUDIO -> To monitor sound around you in order to detect noise.
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW -> Used by the overlay to block the game or current foreground application.
GET_TASKS -> In order to determine if a game application is running in the foreground.
