The only part that works is to make a manual payment. I think is a scam to get your CC #. None of the other buttons do anything. I'm going to change my I-Pass password so it won't have that either.

[UPDATED] Tells me my login is not valid! I can login online but not on this app. Uninstalling immediately! Not affiliated with the Illinois Tollway anyway... THERE'S A REASON IT IS RATED SO LOW. [update] Developer had the nerve to reply "Likely you mistyped your credentials." GIVE ME A BREAK! As if I'm some illiterate simpleton. I was using the exact same login, exact same spelling and attempted to login several times. Logged in perfectly on the OFFICIAL iPass website, but not on your flawed app. And don't worry, I won't be emailing support because I won't be using your app & handing over my private information to some random third party.

The app doesn't let me add any vehicle. Keeps throwing error.

When I go threw it i don't wanna get no tickets from you all....from any toll booth I go through anywhere in Illinois and outer out of Illinois like in St Louis anywhere else

Practical and simple to use.

I have no idea what anyone is talking about and why the app doesn't work for them, it's very easy, straightforward and it works directly with the Illinois tollway funds department. What more do people want? You can pretty much do everything from this app, but again I have no idea why people are complaining? If you have a I-pass with the Illinois Tollway this app is a must have on your smart device.

I understand that the Illinois IPASS is accepted in other states. I wish they would put an easy link in their app to find which states are connected. This would greatly help those infrequent cross state travelers.

Garbage doesn't recognize my email address. It's the only one I have. Does not have a workaround to the situation waste of time. Hire some developers real ones

Charges a 1$ fee to add funds to your account. The tollway is costly enough already, skip this app and load funds another way.

Won't let me log in. Says username not correct and it is. I can log in online but not on the app. FIX IT!!!!

I get this is a 3rd party app (not affiliated with Illinois ipass), and it is well designed, but I just can't bring myself to pay for features I can get on a mobile site for free. Perhaps someone that has to maneuver their account more, or doesn't have auto replenish, would find it more useful - and the fee acceptable. Kudos on the design, but Illinois charges me too much already for me to pay a cent more.

This app makes you pay an additional $0.99 if you add funds through the app. Had I known that I would NOT have bought the app. Total BS. I want a refund of $1.99. I never would have even used this app had I known it causes the pain in the ass I have to deal with due to this app. I'm uninstalling this app.

I I used this app the first time and it worked great then every attempt after that locked me out of my account and I could not get the password reset. I had to finally call Illinois Tollway Authority to get my account corrected. This is a waste of money and does not work

For a paid app, you should have the option to login at any time to see your transactions. Without getting error message that your login is incorrect. I have other complaints but will not waste my time explaining, for $2. There should be more options.
