Great concept horrible execution. 1. Bad UI. When I get a notification that I have a new message. Guess what the first thing I want to see when I open my app is? Hint: it's not updating my photo. 2. Poor loading time. The app will either time out or just simply stall when trying to access lab results. Feels like this isn't really an app but a mobile website. There are no real "buttons" just native links. Instead of using this app, I usually just access the portal through my Dr. Website on my phones browser.

I don't like that I can't have a thread showing a conversation back & forth with my coordinator & team. I wish I could just sign a consent saying that I permit ORM to use my email. I'm always experiencing a hiccup with this.

Wont stay logged in. Wont register that ive submitted my referral. Constantly kicking me out ... very disappointing

Unable to log in in app tell me wrong user name and password but if I go to the website no issues with it.

App keeps logging out, have to look everywhere to find what you may be looking for.

It would be nice if the app allowed you to mark all the old reminders, docs, prescriptions, etc. as 'Read' so that you can actually use the Reminder feature.

The app has potential but doesn't work well and not user friendly

When calendar is clicked the app crashes EVERYTIME. Useless

I find this app easy to use. It does keep a constant task for updating my referral but not too bothersome. I like the appointment reminders. Still learning all it's features.

I'm glad that all the info is there when I need it

Everytime I visit I ALWAYS have a pleasant visit from the front desk to the doctors. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY Doctors! Doctors Allon, Turner and Altman are very compassionate, patient and makes sure that you understand everything pertaining to your situation. I could not have asked for a better team of WONDERFUL doctors to share in this journey. The office staff is a direct reflection of the doctors. They too are compassionate, patient and inform you of all cost prior to the next step in your journey.

I hate this app. I have emailed about having issues logging in several times in the past few months. And no one has responded.

I can't stand this app. My tasks never clear but worst of all I feel this app is very impersonal. The only communication I ever have is through this app that doesn't allow you to open up the attachments.

I like the convenience of this app but for some reason after reading a document or anything that I open to read, it still shows that it hasn't been read. Which means I have a constant notification on my phone and tasks pending.

Absolutely love the app and the staff at the center I go to the whole place is absolutely amazing!!!! I'd refer them to anyone who's trying have babies.

It's constantly telling me that I have outstanding tasks when I don't. I've updated my referal source many times but that doesn't make the notification go away.

When u click to see a lab report it doesn't open like it does on the pc.

I love the app

It does not delete the alerts after you've looked at the task, especially on pharmacy prescriptions. Also, in order to follow a conversation in your messages you have to open each one instead of having a running conversation like an email or messenger. I had to log on to the web page a number of times so that I could read all the info in the flow sheet. You cannot change your insurance or personal info after it has been originally entered, and it downloads an acrobat test file every time you log in, even if you check the box not to. That said, it is very convenient to have all your info in one place, and despite the annoyances, it has been functional.

The inability to update prescriptions to a complete status is annoying but the rest is worth the nuisance.

I still HATE this app! Updated it last Friday and there is nothing that was done that I would consider "better".It still sucks. It would be nice if one of these days and "update" would actually IMPROVE it! I really hate this app! It is not very user friendly. Plus, in the 'messages' area, you can't scroll up and down. You can't open the calendar to find out when your appts are. It crashes all the time! Super frustrating! It's the only app my clinic uses or else I would say screw it and dump it!

I wish I could ask questions of the staff from the app instead of getting back on the website. Where I work is very loud and talking on the phone is near impossible. If we could exchange emails through the app that would help a great deal. Wish it would stop prompting me to update my referral source. Love that I can keep up with all our info without going through several internet pages. And I like the layout.
