The app is no different, and it shows "Network Connection Failed" in every single step, tried on 3G and WIFI. Had to remove and reinstall the app so many times to just sign up. And now it still doesn't pass the logo intro giving me this error! Poor app development!

This app is designed to pick me up but if it always busy how can I even try it!! Also no settings button in the app!! Horrible. I tried alot to find a car in different locations and different times but no hope

It's an amazing app. Also easy to be handled and the idea of no peak charge is outstanding . Good job guys and wish u the best of luck against your competitors

Very bad graphics specially the payment option screen scenario. You have a bug in the back end, double paying cash and credit. Promo codes do not work.

App is suck and there is no cars I ordered one and waited for it and the driver didn't come to pick me up and I couldn't find someway in the application to rate it correctly as I want

The app is good, nothing special compared to competition, but u shud have not launched until u had enuf cars! I try 4 times a day from 6 octo, maadi, at 4 different times and never find a car, it's ridiculous

Not enough cars yet, I've tried it a couple of times when I was lucky enough to find cars and I had some pleasant rides. - The loading screen makes the app look dummy a bit. (Low resolution), the app generally needs more attention to details design-wise.

I am sorry to tell you that your app very expensive. I used alot of application like uber, kareem, taxify, but no one has the price you have i used the application for one time and i will never use it until i see that you law the price

The app is amazingly great, and as for the corporation ( whom i think are egyptians), i love what youre doing and keep doing it because it will be worth it!

There are no cars available and the drivers told me that they are switching the application off in some areas to avoid high traffic which is not good for you as company

Adding credit card is not working but works from another phone model and Crashes solved with me.

ليه تحمل الابلكيشن من غير متحط كود لما ممكن تحط كود وتاخد 25 رصيد ومتنساش وانت بتسجل تحط صفر قبل رقم الموبايل حمل الابلكيشن حط الكود ده XZIOB2D اثناء التسجيل هينزلك 25 جنيه رصيد وبعد متخلص تسجيل وقبل متطلب فالابلكيشن فوق عاليمين حط كود Doubleup هيديك 50 جنيه خصم علي اول وتاني رحله كل رحله 50 العربيات قليله جدا فحاول تخلي البرنامج مفتوح قدامك واول متظهرلك عربيه اطلبها علي طووول

ع طول مفيش عربيات إلا قليل جدا ،، البرومو كود للرحلتين اللي مجانا مش للرحلة كاملة لا ده بحد اقصي 50 جنية مع ان ده مش معلن ومفيش خدمة عملاء نقدر نتواصل معاها بشكل فوري لو حصل اي مشكله للاسف ،، تجربتي انهارده كانت سيئة الكابتن كان محترم جدا الصراحه ولكن المشكله كانت ف التطبيق وتحديد مكاني ومقدرناش نبدأ الرحله الا اما رجعنا المكان المحدد علي ال gps مع انه مكنش المكان الصح اللي طلبته منه وده تسبب ف ضياع حوالي ربع ساعه ع الفاضي وكنت ممكن اتاخر علي الامتحان ومدخلش ، وطبعا اكبر عيب زي ما ذكرت ان العربيات قليله جدااا وع طول واوقات كتير جدا ف اليوم مش بلاقي عربيات

ALL BUSY? I can't believe you legit replaced 'No Cars' for 'All Busy' so you don't look bad! Get more cars! I like the service, but it is no good to me or anyone else for that matters when everytime we need a ride there aren't any cars, then what's the point of this app?! GET MORE CARS

After 2 times good trips .. i was at 5th settlement and i requested a car .. The driver of car i requested called me and asked me to cancel cause he was at heliopolis and he had 35 minutes to arrive to me .. so, i cancelled due to his request, and i wrote the reason .. 1st they give me -10 l.e in my wallet!!! .. 2nd, After this, every time i opened the bad app. i find that all cars are busy ... i tried to know if there is another location at cairo not busy .. But all locations are busy !!!

Bad application..... No car all the time, what the reason of making ads and launching app that never works

I love the interface and how user friendly it is, so far incredibly nice drivers, and yes sometimes there are no cars available but this has always been the case with uber and careem at the beginning too, so I'm quite optimistic they'll pick up fast and bring a healthy competition to the market

There are more available rides then you first started. Some users face network problems when registering. All in all, Good job and good luck.

You have no drivers at all!!!!! It says all busy all the time even when i tried to change location it says all busy "no drivers". It's a really bad start for such a service if u think u want to compete with other services.

This is the most (WASTE OF TIME) i have ever used...NO cars at all...always says BUSY...and at any Destrict..Haram, Heliopolis,ain shams, ramsis....OF course we will delete this App and will use back UBER and CAREEM..they are always AVAILABLE for us.
