Cannot connect over Bluetooth, only wifi (Samsung Galaxy S7 + Macbook Air).

Connect to my mac air with WiFi, the image slides didn't show. And suddenly malfunction when i use it while presenting. When i tap the screen it's often go backward slide. I want a refund.

It works well with Mac Pro and LG phone with both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The only issue I have is I'm not able to see the slide on my phone just the notes. I look forward to updates.

Although this is a great app with great features, the web site no longer has functioning download links for the server side app making the application totally useless.

Doesn't work over Bluetooth. Doesn't work with a hotspot. So, useless unless you have reliable WiFi wherever you're presenting.

Utterly useless. After hours of messing around with my mac air and huawei p9 lite, still no ability to connect via bluetooth or wifi with the pro version.and no support.

Recently has stopped functioning. Connects my Galaxy S6 to my wi does laptop and loads the slides but then the connection seems to fail and cannot control slides from phone. Love this app when it worked and would appreciate it even more if it could be fixed.

Great PowerPoint remote. I can see the notes on my phone for each slide while presenting. The only reason why I'm not giving a five star rating is that the notes sometimes freeze on one slide, while the presentation is going forward to other slides.

Not reliable at all. Had to search for other alternatives during a conference because it simply did not work

Slides changing, but it not displayed in my Samsung galaxy Note 2. Used PPT 2007 in win 8. Pointing and marking of slides not possible. Not useful. Removing the app.

What price with this features. So expensive. I cant get my image show up. Just show notes.! Fixed that! Thanks.

Have used this App on a few important occasions and as worked flawlessly. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and a Macbook running PowerPoint. System used is El Capitan. Worked with previous OS also.

Makes hardware remote irrelevant. One device/dongle less in the cable bag of my MBP...

My Bluetooth remote control used to function in moving slides along but since the upgrade it does not

Unfortunately, the bluetooth will not work with my Samsung Galaxy S3 even when I've tried to reset it. The wifi worked at first but sometimes causes me difficulty. However I need a remote that will work when I do not have wifi access. Two emails to the developer asking for assistance went unanswered. If you need a "Professional" app that you can depend on and obtain support when needed, this is not for you.

I need to run presentations on Office 2011 for Mac. I wanted to control them from my Android. The app met this need perfectly. After installing the server app on my laptop, I added it to Accessibility Settings. That allowed me to control slides over WiFi and Bluetooth.

Can't even turn the slides on..after connecting with the phone my macbook keep sending error report..

And image loading when swiping is slow. Everything else is ok.

Didn't work and got no response from customer service for refund. Sad. Don't spend your money! Using a macbook and note 10.1. Loads and keeps crashing. Update- still no response from customer service and it's a month later. You guys are stealing money from people.

It was a 5 stars, but doesn't work anymore. Clean install of everything. Presentation won't load on my android device but presentation fires up on computer. After that, remote won't find the computer server anymore. Reason for 1 star? I paid for the app, I experienced issues, I submitted a support email, and I haven't got a response after three days.

Works well for me except it seems to "hang" on one slide of a PPT I have. Somewhat disappointed I bought this app. PC system details: Macbook Pro 13" Retina, Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.2, MS Powerpoint for Mac 2011 v14.1.3 (110805). Mobile system specs: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910C Android Lollipop v5.1.1. Update: now with the dev's thunderous silence I am giving a BIG thumbs down.

Note 8 and Windows 8.1 - keeps crashing, often won't finish loading all slides before it shuts down.

A presentation controller needs to be one thing: reliable. This app is not. It pairs my phone (Galaxy Note 4) with my laptop (2015 Macbook Air), however after pairing it does not actually connect. During a real presentation that would cause me a panic attack. WiFi is not a realistic option because it requires being connected to the same network. As any regular presenter will know, being on a business trip and having to present in an unfamiliar building you may easily get blocked by the local firewall.

#1. Slides don't load on my Android device. I chose options 1 (preload) and 3 (no preload), but neither works. On the Mac, I'm reminded that saving the slides will erase existing contents or whatever, and on the Android device I'm told that the first slide is being loaded, but that's it. It never finishes loading, so I can only use option 2 (notes only). #2. Bluetooth does not connect.

Only get it to work once with Bluetooth, then it doesn't anymore. Just want a refund.

Worked three times then stopped connecting. Really upset I paid for the premium version. Uninstalled.

MB Air (OSX Mavericks, Keynote) & Samsung S4 - all fully updated Won't connect via bluetooth fullstop (free or paid version), pretty useless if you don't have a wifi connection. Phone app doesn't sync with the slideshow on my mac, clicking (tapping the phones screen) changes the slides as expected. Can't keep track of current or next slides on my phones screen. Can't skip forward or backward to selected slides. Dissapointed. Emailing support for a refund.

Free version worked great so I upgraded and now it won't connect at all. Pretty irritated that I paid for this app!

Bluetooth won't connect. It doesn't work
