While the app itself works great. My experience with the doctors provided through it, not so much. Even though in my area there are 10 doctors listed only one is ever online. So I finally got an appointment in with this doctor, and not only did she perscribe me the wrong b.c., she perscribed me one I specifically said to NOT be perscribed. I've tried contacting her, so far, no reply.

App failed four times, twice on my phone and twice on my computer. It kept freezing, then I'd have to back out, try to reload and I'd get an error because I'd already started a session. I also got charged every time I had to restart it (although it was refunded). The positive was that the nurse ended up calling me since we were having issues, and then followed up the next day with me to make sure I was getting the help I needed.

I am fortunate enough to have recently gained access to great health insurance. I still choose to use Planned Parenthood. Their service providers give high quality care - the best in my book. This new app is just incredibly convenient and the positive implications of its use are astounding! Good job PP and Minnesota!

I just had my first video visit with a clinician from Planned Parenthood. My current work schedule was not compatible with open hours at local clinic, so i gave it a try and connected online. Lucikly, i live in Washington, so my residence location is supported by this pilot program. The clinician i talked to was very nice, she talked to me calmly and explained everything just like the doctor would during in-person visit. And i felt comfortable talking to her, while being in my own house. $45 dollars is a little downside, but i'm satisfied with the service i got. I definitely recommend this app and service. Thank you Planned Parenthood
