Paristanbul Fast Food’un hikayesi 2004 yılında Fransa’da başladı. Uzun yıllar Fransa’da çeşitli restoranlarda çalışan Harun Yıldırım, Türk Mutfağı’nı Fransızlara tanıtmak için 2004 yılında Metz şehrinde Snack Resto Hayal adıyla kendi işletmesini kurdu.

2010 yılına kadar Fransa’daki restoranı olan Snack Metro Hayal’i işleten Yıldırım, bu tarihten itibaren Türkiye’de yeni bir restoran açma kararı aldı ve Türkiye’deki ilk şubesini Eskişehir’de Paristanbul Fastfood adıyla Üniversite Caddesi’nde açtı. Fastfood alanında hizmet veren Paristanbul, et ve tavuk dönerlerden hamburgere, İzmir sandviçten kumpire, çorba çeşitlerinden kahvaltıya kadar zengin menüsüyle ve profesyonel kadrosuyla müşterilerine hem restoranında hem de paket servis olarak kaliteli ve uygun fiyatlı hizmet sunmakta.
