Very nice idea and great interface. BUT DON'T TAKE 1/2 MY SCREEN WITH ADS! I understand everyone needs to make money, but here, it's just too obnoxious! Also warning: This apps gets access to all kinds of stuff on your phone, such as contacts, calendar events, device history and applications installed. Not too comfortable with that.

Not as good as advertised. All descriptions that require expanding them (i.e. "more") to read the entire section never expand, so you're left with incomplete ones. Similar to other reviewers, locations seem out of date in many instances. Such a disappointment from much older versions of this app. Even my old Blackberry version was much better in accuracy.

People search is useless! Very disappointed. I've asked for support but got no help. Other apps prove to be better.

Of the restaurants listed near my house, most have been out of business for years (one for 15 years), one is a travel agency, one is a grocery store, and one is a hot-dog machine in a gas station. I have contacted Poynt about this, but they have no interest in correcting bad data. Update in 2017: still no corrections.

Update turns this into a garbage app where half the screen screams fraudulent warnings about being infected, etc., etc. Am uninstalling.

Have used for years, love the compare gas price in area feature and the breakdown of restaurant types in area, so many good features. Love it..

New update has serious glitch. None of the options works. App crashes with an error msg.

Doesn't work. Just get error message.

Used to like this app a lot but it now has a spam screen that takes up nearly half the top of screen and it is annoying crap too in my opinion. I fear it will face deletion soon. Good bye Point hello GasBuddy. C ya.

Used to be a great app, but greedy developers now sell half of your screen to advertisers. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't buy a bigger phone so I can see obnoxious billboard sized ads I don't want - This app is now "the weakest link - goodbye!"

Now it is just one giant ad. Uninstalled. What a shame the developers ruined this app with cheesy ads for apps that no one wants in the first place.

Excellent, the only time that I have found them to be wrong is when the business doesn't update their information

Great app... if you like the rotating circle and 'Loading search results' message. Useless! Nice blank home screen with a cityscape and trees. with my address scrolling underneath. Used to work. New update is bad. Company name is GREAT!!! Breaking Data!!!! lol Used for years. Tried uninstalling and re installing. Uninstalling.

I'm disappointed to see that the icons don't rotate in a circle anymore. And the weather icon doesn't respond at all.

Fun to use and works great on my Priv.

The current version does not show results for businesses that are there and have been there for many years.

Just be who you are, do it right and don't ask me to sign in with Facebook. Be your own brand. If I want to go to my Facebook account, I will.

Haven't used this app in weeks but somehow it's utilizing 6% of my battery? Uninstalled! Used to be so good but now something is clearly wrong.

I use it all the time for REVERSE SEARCHES on numbers works great White Pages are better than Google. Gas prices are behind sometimes though. But love this app. Especially when looking for a movie! I use it every day!!!

This is an app I always download on every phone I get it's very useful helpful and accurate

You require tooo much personal information and access to the device I used to have poynt and loved it I didn't need all the access

I use Poynt for finding best gas prices, movies, hotels, restaurants, etc. It's gas prices function is excellent and works faster than GasBuddy. I have one car that uses Premium gas and other uses regular and Poynt is always up to date on prices.
