I need a simple app that permits review, download and payment of water bills, Not sure what is worse this app or the previous on-line app. The on-line app could not process password changes, this andriod app blows up trying to reset password. 0 for 2.

Doesn't work. Can't login. When you try to reset or get your username the app crashes. I tried this a few times now but same results. I emailed the City of Atlanta asking for help and no response. Typical.
