Mosaic's team resolved all my issues. They actually called me with the app developer on the phone to quickly resolve my issue. Been working greatly ever since turn, no issues. Files run very quick with no lag, very easy and quick to transfer files to Mosaic from laptop included USB 3.0 type C cable, as well as download files to and from Mosaic to tablet/smartphone and vice versa. I just wish I knew how to get my USB Flash Drives to work with my Mosaic.

Just got the mosaic. Downloaded the app, connected to the mosaic's WiFi through my phones WiFi settings, however the mosaic app says it is not connected. Tried re-installing the app and still the same problem. Very disappointing. I have a Nexus 6

The user interface is not intuitive regarding how to add files from your phone to the mosaic or view them afterwards. I am also unable to open or play videos, music, or pictures. Other than that the design is nice.

Does not accurately detect wifi. Does not download big files. Does not open documents.

Unable to connect to Internet despite following instructions. Unable to view photos on phone to drag into mosaic through the 'photos' tab. Constantly crashes. I hope this app can continue to be developed. EDIT: receiving help from support, increased rating due to the help received
