Power Status Monitor

About app:
This application will help you to get intimation if electric power got "Turned On" and "Turn Off (Power Outage)" at your home/field. You will receive a call on an entered mobile no whenever electric power will get "Turned On" and you will receive a SMS if power will get "Turned Off" of the place where you will keep your mobile connected to the charger. This app will use power sensor of your mobile device to trigger phone call. You need to keep reserve one mobile for this purpose, to send regular intimations on entered mobile number. Generally in developing countries, farmers often face many problems due to interrupted power supply. It will help farmers to turn on their electric motor pumps, agricultural electrical equipments etc..

To test functioning of this app you need two mobiles first to sense power (On this mobile you will install app PSM and enter phone number of second mobile in this app) and second mobile to receive intimation call/SMS.
Steps to setup:
1. Connect first mobile to power plug using charger.
2. Open installed app "Power Status Monitor (PSM)" in first mobile.
3. Select Power intimation mode in app i.e. you want intimation of power turn on / turn off only or intimation of turn on/off both.
4. Enter a valid phone number (of second mobile) on which you want to get power intimations in PSM app.
(Please do not enter the phone number of phone on which you are installing app since it is not allowed to make call on same phone)
5. set Turn On/Off toggle button to Start/Stop Intimations.
6. Now press home button to minimize app.
7. "Turn On" power button of charger you will receive a call for Testing and keep power button Turned On and charger connected to first mobile for further intimations.

Silent features of Pro version:
*1. After installation you do not need Internet connection/pack in mobile for intimation.
*2. Works in Triple Modes. You can choose to get Intimation for Power Turn On, Turn Off or Turn On/Off both.
*3. In combined mode of intimation Power Turn On intimation will be a call and Power Turn Off intimation will be a SMS.
