Power Music 1

Used to work just fine, but about a month ago the update caused it to just randomly crash shortly after opening the app. Got the new Samsung Galaxy S8+ and thought I could use it as it surley would solve the issue. However, the music downloads no problem, but fails to load into the player. Currently completely unreliable app. Please fix as it worked just fine for the past 4 years.

I was super excited to have access to power music's library and so disappointed to find out that I can download albums but can't play music. I will be canceling my subscription if the app isn't fixed. So disappointed!!!

Terrible, can't load the music into the player. Fix it.... yesterday. Paying for unlimited.... nothing

I have to use this for work but does not work on my Sony. So I can't play music for my classes. I can create click mix but it won't add to player, does not show when you add it. Please fix this asap

Worked well until recently. Now can't play downloaded music to play thru player. Ridiculous! Canceling subscription!

Can't move mixes to player. The whole point of the app is to play the mixes. Useless, will be canceling the subscription.

Not working

Version 3.2.9 of the app works! Please, whatever you do, DO NOT UPDATE THIS APP!! Version 3.2.11 does not work. They broke it!! If you need this app at work, hold onto the older version. All Pure Gym employees, please stick to version 3.2.9

Keep getting download error. Finally gave up and deleted app. Not worth my time. Will look for one that is n user friendly.

Continually crashes. Customer service tells me the same thing over and over - "clear cache" and "cellular downloads disabled". I've done both. It does no good! Very frustrating!

Awful now can't even login

Can't even open the app! Worthless! Same cellular download error as everyone else. I need this for work please fix!

Well, wont open. Kerps saying enable cellular dowload but cant figure out how. And why do i need that enabled if im on wifi?

This app has a good variety of music for fitness instructors however the reliability is sketchy at times. It will crash every once in a while for no apparent reason. BPM lock doesn't always work properly. Doing a clickmix can be painful. It takes me several attempts to download once it's done. This app also drains battery like crazy on my LG G3. Not sure I will be keeping once my free trial is done.

Frequently signs you out randomly - useless

What a load of rubbish. Most songs are covers and half the time I'm creating a playlist, it crashes my phone. If it wasn't for the fact that we HAVE to use it, Id leave it well alone.

I just downloaded the app. I cannot access because of the same error code as other users. I am going to uninstall. It is useless to me.

Holding my music hostage! Says cellular downloads disabled. Customer service terrible

It used to work but not tells me cellular downloads are disabled.. reported this section real times to no avail. I'll stick with Spotify until some convinces me this app works perfectly

This app was alright when I first downloaded it, other than randomly stopping my music at times. But now, every time I open the app, it gives me a message about cellular downloads, and tells me to try reconnecting (and I've tried on several networks). I use on this app to teach a weight lifting class, and it is incredibly unreliable. Please fix the app so that I can play the music I've already paid for!

Since the update, the app just quits out when you play music. Please sort it out

Downloaded the app but it's not running at all. It tries to update but it keeps on showing a message that Cellular Downloads are disabled which is defo not the case on my phone

After the latest update, I am not able to use the playlists at all as the app crushes and shuts down by itself as soon as i push play.

Cannot load , keeps telling me updating and cellular data download disable try again.

App was great but now keeps closing when I press play, please fix so i can rate it 5*

When this app works, I love that I can sort music and adjust BMP. However this app stopped all together the other day, leaving me high and dry with a class of people. We pay for this app to work and people in turn pay us to teach a quality class. Not spend our time scrambling to fix an app. Sort it out asap or make our lists available through the computer so we can burn cds. Fix. It.

Poor technical support. Experiencing ongoing technical difficulties and finding response time to request for assisstance over 24 hrs and still not resolved after a week. Unable to speak with a support person, only email contact.

Fantastic music, horrific app. Latest issue: App crashes when I hit play, which isn't helpful when you've got a class full of people waiting. App also resets to original BPM when you wake from sleep.

Music stops in classes.....joy

On my iOS device I can't lock the BPM and on my Android it stops every time I try to play an album. It used to work much better than this but still had a few problems every now and then. So frustrating!
