Great app. Wish it backed up my data on the cloud.

Very useful.

B70%
by B####:

Very easy to log your own workouts as well as add new exercises to the database. You can even copy previous workouts & make changes as required. Haven't tried the backup option yet, so dunno if it works as expected. Of late, the ads have started to reappear eventhough I have paid for the ad free version. Could you look into it

H70%
by H####:

One thing to implement though would be to add the option to copy a specified workout routine for a week in advance, rather than copying day by day manually.

App is ok. UI sucks. Crashes consistently when I attempt to enter my weight. I know I'm tubby, but damn... I didn't think I was so fat that an app woukd just crash because I even attempted to access the weigjt entry screen.

N70%
by N####:

I just wanted something to log my bench workouts. It does that and it's a fairly straightforward interface. I was hoping the graphs would show progress of my 1 RM or some calculated max strength but I haven't found the graphing to be useful. Glad someone made this - will continue to use.

Works well, very nice log to track your weights. Only annoying thing is the timer set up. Recomend it to all

Y70%

Little difficult to learn early on but works well now.

Best app to see progress on my powerlifting program

Y70%

It's a good app. It crashes from time to time, but manageable.

5 star if you get the graphs working

The best app around!

Only just installed and looks perfect for my Bulgarian style training however I did make a couple of observations within 5 minutes of using: 1. Set reordering doesn't appear to work correctly as it simply moved my entry to the beginning of the workout. (set reordering has been fixed) 2. I'll start using in the gym and would be happy to find an automatic timer which measured rest intervals between sets (wink, wink) 4. Not bothered about the adds but will purchase to support once I have reviewed more fully.

Change the title every Thing is perfect make sure I think this app as when to do to workout reminding the day when to do it selecting the programs every thing :

Y70%

Can add everything else except putting on sets

Y70%

Except for the occasional 'oops journal has closed' message...I love it! Being a newbie to powerlifting, seeing the PBs just push me to increase the weights!!!

Y70%
by Y####:

Most accessory exercises should be added in as part of the journal

PL Journal is intuitive and it has been easy to log my workouts. And, how can you beat the price for ads-free?! The graphing and volume calculations give me insights to guide my training. I have two suggestions though. (1) I would like to be able to download my data in the form of a spreadsheet so I can print a hard copy of workouts and graphs. It seems I can only share a text file. (2) I would like to be able to reorder the exercises in a workout on a particular day by dragging and dropping them. Overall, I like the app very much and will keep it. I would recommend it to others.

Even if you are not a powerlifter per say, this app can be used for tracking progress in other styles of lifting and calisthenics. Simple and easy to use.

Good way to track progress, personal records, volume and consistency! 10/10

L70%

Dude I love this app. Easy to use. If you're serious about tracking your volume and progression this is awesome.

Y70%
by Y####:

Seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. It would be awesome if the weight add portion allowed for a calculator too just to help us folks who can't do basic math after a long day. I don't think it would need to be complex or anything like a plate visualizer. Once I can use this for a while I'll update with how it helps

Y70%

W70%

Great app. However, I can no longer see past exercises when I click on a previous day on the calendar. The data still shows in the graphs, but I can't see any past exercises.

Y70%
by Y####:

Does exactly what I need it to, shame I didn't find it earlier.

i get it .thankyou

R70%

Very easy to use, slick UI, useful I helping me keep track of my current strength levels, percentages for drop back sets. A lot of thought went into this and I really want to thank the devs for making this as it's a great tool and has almost immediately become part of every single one of my training sessions! Edit: I forgot to mention that the visual graphs and data collection within the app is awesome. It's very nice to be able to visually watch my progression moving along.

V70%
by V####:

apps is great, but I have 2 issues - after I enter my workout stat for the day, it would take up to 2 days before the new Stat is included into the graphs. is the anyway to fix this? - can u add a search function for a specific exercise? for example if I want to look at my deadlift progress, currently I have to manually go back to the last day that I did deadlift.

R70%
by R####:

Things that would be nice if added: graphs that work (mine show no data), ability to delete exercises in settings, ability to add bodyweight instead of using 0 as a weight for things like pull ups.

R70%
by R####:

Half of the features don't work, the setup isn't very intuitive, it won't let me set percentages, and it's unresponsive. This would be the best journal app on the market if the bugs were fixed.

Keeps you motivated to lift more

R70%

Very helpful to track volume increases and overall progress. UI could be improved, but its a free app so Im not complaining

R70%

Best overall powerlifting training journal. Great for keeping an eye on session volume and overall weekly volume. Comes with a great graphing feature as well.

W70%

I think this app is awesome but I would like 1 thing added to give it 5 stars. I would love it if you could put in your current maxs and then when you enter your set weight it will show you your % max you lifted (also I could see some people liking it if you could be able to punch in % and the the app calculates the weight for your set).
