Had a new phone and it won't let me log in as have to many devices. Saying I have to upgrade but giving me no option to do so

As a subscribed user I feel this is an unacceptable problem. When opening the app it open to a white screen which does not progress anywhere. Obviously I'm not alone with this issue. Will be in uninstalling and using more secure apps unless this is sorted.

We have spent a good week and a half reviewing powered now. We also pushed it through a couple of clients for feedback, which returned good, in fact one client said it was the best invoice system that they had seen. I would like to see the desktop version, which should be out in a couple of months from now. I use estimating software and cut and paste from that would save time. Also a couple is issues which came back from clients saying they didn’t know that they had to accept the quote. They looked at the estimate read it through and left it at that. Which means we had to chase it up. As soon as you explained to the client there were three buttons at the top of the estimate to accept / reject or download. While we were trailing when the estimate came through and you clicked download when you went back in the browser to look at the estimate you couldn’t click the accept or reject. This might have been a mistake on our part as we couldn’t reproduce it. I would recommend that when the client gets to see the estimate online that the first thing they see is a dialog box saying click, accept or reject and then download if required. This was the feedback we were getting from 40-70 years

Honestly I really like this apps I hate to delete this one! but I guess I don't have choice to delete it too expensive and there is plenty other apps good as this one that I can use for free the trial version works pretty good but I can't make new invoice because the trial is over!

I can deal with the app shutting down and going blank often. I also have had complaints from my customers saying they've received quotes and invoices on work I didn't perform or even invoice. However, now I am locked out. Powerednow says I'm unsubscribed but app purchase says I am? Been waiting for help from the help desk for weeks on other issues. I am waiting to get these invoices and quotes out!!

I took the leap and decided to use powered now for our electrical contracting business and in theory it should be okay, but using it across two devices (Xperia Z5 & iPad Air) it is slow, crashes quite a bit, doesn't always show info on both devices, regularly goes to a white screen then either exits or goes 'home'. Such a shame because this actually is a dream product for most people like myself!

After using this for a few months i feel like i'm slowly getting my head around it all. As is typical with these sorts of things it has a lot going on that can be a bit tricky to navigate, but that is only because it is keeping on top of so many things. Overall, it's well worth getting your head around, especially if you currently still print and send invoices and then wait for returned cheques.

So many apps do not deliver even though they promise they do. Powered Now has let me keep such a tight track on my daily activities and team that I feel in control and aware of my business around me. The projects element on the tablet is so good, and tech support know their stuff when you ask. I can't see me not using Powered Now, it's made to be used and be effective not just to make the Developers money.

Very simple app when I installed it on my phone. Just creates a simple quote or invoice really and could not see the point as it is simpler to just use Word. I posted a comment to the same effect on their Crowd Funder campaign (it got deleted soon after!) and was told that the Tablet version was more functional so I tried it on my Note Pro. It has quite a few more features on the tablet but not enough to justify the subscription for me. I will keep an eye out for future versions or the inevitable better alternative. p.s. In the description of the app it says 'Manage your business from your iPad and iPhone' and this is an Android app. It is just that sort of attention to detail that differentiates the best apps from the also rans
