You only get 1 workout per trimester, and 1 stretch. If you just want a casual workout to follow it's great because you can do the same workouts over and over but if you're going to be at it several times a week, it's not great. I do however love the display, timer, options to pause and see the workout broken down, and the transition time from 1 move to the next is great for pregnant women!

Made me sweat and raised my heart rate. Not that I'm in great shape, though. Love the gentle ding to let you know when you're done with an activity. Best part is the cartoon being out of breath at the end. I was too!

Not one for excercise app but now that im pregnant and need to be healthier this is good. done one 30 sec segments time goes by quick workouts are easy and before you know it you got a nice 20 min workout in. I love it!

U only get 1 free workout then u have to pay. Exercise image wasn't good for all of the exercises. Had to read what I was supposed to be doing which takes away from the workout.

I was sold by the trimester divisions, shows you exercises based on your trimester and then the Timer is amazing. The question mark on the screen gives details about each exercise. I wish the anime is a bit flexible and shows you the movements as you exercise too, sort of make you feel it's a partner. Nevertheless, I love this app so much

I tried the free version after reading reviews from clients who felt the paying version offered little advantages. Overall its not a bad app. The illustration for each exercises are okay. Im not a fan of some of the exercises especially the abs portion for the 3rd trimester (!!!) so i sub them for legs.

Defiantly a good we work out. Got the heart going, but not too much! If you didn't work out prior it may be a bit of a challenge but that is not a bad thing

I love this app! I love that i can use it while I'm doing something else like watching tv so that it doesn't feel so much like a workout even though it is! I love that it chimes when an exercise is beginning and ending so I know what to do even if my eyes are elsewhere! Wonderful app!!!

I've had so many people telling me what I can't do, what I shouldn't do, take it easy, yadda yadda yadda. I have stopped seeing "specialists" because they said not to excersize in my first trimester of my low risk pregnancy. I gave up on finding people who can offer a challenging physical workout that is safe for pregnancy, so Thankyou! Thank you for your amazing challenging workout that made me feel amazing!

Im an outdoor person, not crazy about non sport workouts . But this app is great for staying active during pregnant. Its hard to know what is ok, each trimester. Also, the photos, timer and tracker are common sense progressive. I listened to Radio Disney and my toddlers danced with me! Very motivating!

Great for stretching, getting the blood flowing. Circulation is really important during pregnancy and this definitely helps as well as keeping you active. If it was to much or to strenuous I just substitute for something easier and try it again next time. Definitely gonna be my go to workout!

I really love that it shows the woman doing th3 workout prior to you actually doing it, and it has a tone and color change on the screen when it's time for you to do the workout and changes back when you can take a break and move to the next body part you are working.
