This workout is great. The multiple levels and variable workouts provide a continuous challenge. I especially love the fact that it requires no equipment which means you can do it anywhere and anytime. Great for those who travel and don't even have access to a hotel gym.

I'm a Personal trainer and I love the challenge and different levels of these workouts. My only suggestion is more variety.
More push up than I can do on my toes even on my knees, but I WILL GET THERE!
