Not the type to ever go to the gym, so anything I can do quickly at home without spending money on machines is the perfect routine for me! Since you fly through a bunch of different poses every minute or so, the total 20 min completely breeze by. It feels challenging but totally doable while you're going through the app, but at the end my legs feel like jelly and I'm sweating like a monster--and I mean that in the BEST way
