20 Min Beginners Workout Free for Android
I have very bad knees, and have had pain in them my whole life. They frequently pop out & hurt when it's raining. I'm over weight & in terrible shape, but I'm determined. Anyway, I just downloaded this. I started with the most basic steps, but injured my knee about halfway in. Still, I think I will try again, but I'll skip the ones I know my knees can't handle, & start working on some PT for them. Most of the basic steps really are doable, you can pause, skip, or go back, and the steps have instructions.
I've had fibromyalgia for a decade and have become deconditioned. I really like the seated workout, although some of the overhead moves were hard. I'm going to try the lowest setting next time. I'm looking for a fitness app where you can try an exercise then exclude it if you want to avoid it now and in future.
I was feelin very tired today..so I cnt do any heavy wrkouts.. Still i dnt want to tak rest.. This one s awesome wen u dnt want to do wrkout try dis.. Its easy
Good for people with joint issues. I'm building up strength after knee surgery and found it has good smooth and controlled movements. Sometimes can be hard to see what the example is showing to do.
This is a very good app for people who don't have the time or the money to go to a gym or hire a personal trainer. I gave it a 5 because it's a really good fitness app; however, I didn't care for the fact that you have to purchase the app to get more workouts. None the less, at least you can keep using the same workout for free.
Definitely a positive and motivating app. I had to start off slow and this I could keep up with for 20 minutes. Today I did 40 minutes.

I am somewhat handicapped and I was able to do most of the exercises without any problem. Perfect length.
This is a great app for anyone of any age who hasn't exercised in a long time. I especially love the variety of chair exercises. I love this app!

This app is great for beginners and people with joint pain. It introduced chair exercises which were fun to do. Only thing is it went from floor to standing exercises which getting up and down then back to floor can be difficult if you have joint pain. If your doing floor, stay on floor then move to chair or vice versa. Just me but maybe that will get easier.
I like the workout but would like to be able to unlock more without having to upgrade right away. Also the wide march didn't work so I had to guess as to what it was. Luckily it was pretty self explanatory. Also, I didn't like the fat burning tip at the end, the video was a little discouraging so I skipped it. But good app if just starting out and want a quick workout.
I didn't realize how out of shape I was and in just 20 minutes I feel great! I want to do this every day now! Thank you!
I only do the first city, but the exercises are easy to do even with my joint pain. There is one exercise (wide march) that's missing the avatar, that's a little weird, but the rest have excellent instructions and for the Wide March, you can press the button & see the avatar perform the steps so you know what to do.
This is a great app for beginners especially is you suffer from joint pains because you can start slow and then improve on the level as your body adjust to the movements

After neglecting my body for years, this workout showed me how much damage had been done. It challenged me but I can do this.
I sit at a desk and this app has a lot of exercises that I can do without leaving my work station or distracting coworkers.
Very good for beginners, and if you live in a really hot climate and aren't used to the heat and doing more strenuous exercise.
I am morbidly obese and am able to do the exercises with an injured knee. Good app for the weight challenged person to get a start.

After a year of just enjoying my daughters company and neglecting my body this got my heart rate up and made me sweat. Granted, I did more reps than it asked but really enjoyed it! Will be doing this everyday!
Nice easy-to-use pace with clear instruction. This will definitely help me get moving again!

This was great I can't stand very long so the chair exercises were very good I couldn't do some of them so I just improvised. I realy think I could do this again and like it! It definitely got my heart rate going even from a chair! Lol. the wide March didn't work btw.
