20 Minute Beginners Workout for Android
I was very skeptical about this animated workout until I tried it. It was challenging without being too hard, and provided a great all over workout. Difficulty increases in gradual steps. I'll always have time for power 20.
Love it! You choose the difficulty, and unlike most apps the easiest setting is simple enough for me! Didn't involve anything I am physically unable to do.
Agra is still locked even though I completed Los Angeles twice. Sydney has been unlocked and completed and still Agra is locked. Also why is there no demonstration for wide wing march. Please fix this because I am trying to lose weight and this is now a big inconvenience.
Great App for those who are beginning to return to a better health. I bought the full version because the first workout was so great. I'll pay $2.99 in exchange for a healthier lifestyle.
This is a great app but sometimes it glitches and theres no one there to show me what to do

When you've been out of shape for a while, it's hard to set a goal that is a realistic challenge. This hits the sweet spot. I worked, I considered quitting, I didn't, and I feel good, not bad, at the end. Nice. The design and thought that clearly went into this is appreciated.

I'm working up a sweat and elevating my heart rate so that's good. I try to do it as vigorously as I can and even do some of them through the "get ready" phase. My only complaint is it's sometimes hard to determine if you're doing some of the exercises right. I'd hate not to get the right muscle moving. But it's fairly easy, and it goes by sooo quick!
