I booked online with them. They didn't show up and didn't contact me. Took ages to get through on the phone and when I did I was told no taxis were available. This was half an hour after they were supposed to collect me. And as for cheapest fare guarantee, hotel booked me one cheaper. Forget these, just go to a taxi rank!

As others have pointed out, when I've tried to use it there are no drivers available. Ive just tried 6 random locations around Manchester and Stockport was the only one with an available cab.

Have tried 4 times to get a cab using this app. Each time I have been informed by the helpful Lil stuck figure that no drivers are available. Being cheaper that uber is al well and good but if you do not have drivers makes the claim a joke. I'm sorry but I will choose uber. Update: have tried now for two months since this review to book a cab with this crapp still my stick figure says no drivers. I'm tempted to keep trying just to see how long it takes

I have now travelled with your company and you are more expensive then Uber. When I told you this on Twitter you failed to reimburse the difference. Also, I find the reviews for this app to be dubious and possibly manufactured... Nas/Naz ***** Amazing!!! Better then Uber.
